            One last correction: “Leggings.”

“Leggings” without any layer over them is “inappropriate” attire to “sport” or “wear” outdoors at any time. Yes. (Correct.)

***

Let’s put it to rest.”

“Leggings” are the same as “stockings”. Yes.

“Leggings” are the same as “hosiery.” Yes.

“Leggings” are technically “undergarments” or “underwear”.

Yes.

“Leggings” is no different than walking around in one’s underwear. Yes. (Correct.)

“Leggings” aren’t “long johns” or “long underwear”. No.

“Leggings” are worn one layer above “panties” as well as one layer underneath “long johns” or “long underwear”. Yes. (Correct.)

“Leggings” are only worn underneath clothes such as either “trousers” or “jeans” or appropriately lengthened “shorts” or “skirts” (supposedly when one sits down the skirt length covers both knees) and “long skirts” or “leggings” are worn underneath “long johns” for another layer of warmth and protection.

            The point is this:

After an entire year of answering this question:

Are “leggings” appropriate to wear in public? No.

No, “leggings” aren’t appropriate to be worn in public at any time no matter what anyone debates or argues about “leggings” unless one accidently gets locked out of one’s home, possibly not even then.

Why aren’t leggings appropriate to be worn in public?

The reason why it’s inappropriate to wear “leggings” in public is because “leggings” are no different than another layer of private “undergarments” or “underwear” or “panties.”

“Leggings” are another “basic” or “base” layer to be worn as protective gear for one’s private body parts (or genitals) which private body parts (penis / vagina) mustn’t be “shown” or “used” for anything other than to be shared with intimate partners or spouses whom which people give ‘only’ agreeable mutual sexual consent otherwise “tuck in private body parts” and have an excellent day unless one’s zipper becomes broken then go home and change.

The “faux pas” of public “leggings”

If for some “awkwardly” misunderstood reason men or women wore “leggings” out of the house this calendar year 2014 either to “work” or “school” or to the “grocery store” or to any “restaurant” or any other public “establishment” then know this:

The public’s been looking at a calamity “fashion” disaster for an entire year (2014) ever since some “messed up” commercial ideal came about how “leggings” suddenly “became” “outdoor” clothing when in reality (factually) “leggings” are “panties” or more precisely “stockings.”

(How embarrassing for so many Americans to get ever so confused about inappropriate attire.)

Be careful not to be able to decipher or process critical analytical thinking skills in knowing the difference between “reality” from “art” or “reality” from “commercialism” or “reality” from “surrealism” or “reality” from “make believe” or “reality” from “storytelling” (visual or oral or literary form or otherwise which indicates the main components in semiotic communicative structure in any storyline vitally important in significant communication about “anything” at all otherwise it’s gibberish or nonsensical which means whatever the fashion or style or ideal falls apart in argumentation like weak debate.)

One must learn the “basics” to basic attire in function.

“Clothes make the man” or woman.

Clothes can also destroy the man or woman.

When people or “the masses” blindly follow “anything” they don’t seem to understand or some ridiculous “style” does catch their eye or any weird “style” or “look” or “fashion disaster” “catches on” then the masses place themselves in danger of sabotaging their work or interpersonal relationships by following anything as easily misunderstood or as simple as any “faux pas”. (Cringe.)

“Faux pas” are incredibly stupid social mistakes not ever to be repeated in any social form or function because such things as stupid as “faux pas” can either close or open up doors or destroy entire careers or opportunities.

If for any chance in the year 2014 “the masses” did get “caught up” and swept away by the strong under currents and tides to wear inappropriate “leggings” while out in public then “chuck it up” to “a” (one) terribly inappropriate fashion year in lack of style not to ever be repeated again because now we know better as women have known better for the past 100 hundred years.

There’s no excuse for publically wearing “legging stockings.”

Correct one’s attire or sensibilities in clothing.

Make corrections to mistakes otherwise it’s no good.

Yes, my last fashion “faux pas” was in the summer of 2009 when I took it upon myself to write down “lyrics to songs” or “titles of songs” or “music” on my under forearms with black sharpie marker whenever I heard the title of a song or band I’d write it down on my forearms because I don’t seem to remember titles or names of bands for anything.

Of course, I loved black sharpie marker scribbles on my forearms because then later when I went back home I did remember the almost impossible task to commit titles or bands to memory yet almost one year later in 2010 I came to discover that only people who were recovering from drug addiction wrote on their arms to help them get over their addictions. (Okay.)

Well, I did what I did only I did it out of ignorance because I thought sharpie writing on my arm looked cool until I came to discover what sharpie writing on one’s arms really meant to modern American “hipsters” getting over heroin addiction. (No, thank you.)

For as long as I’ll live I shan’t ever write on my body for anything. (Absolutely not.)

No, I don’t have a single tattoo on my body. (I love it.)

Okay, another example of a “faux pas” is this:

Do you know how “New Englanders” north of Boston say, “Right? Right.”?

“Right? Right.” signifies one’s laughter when one must be appropriately deadly serious about anything at all in front of “authority” or when there’s nothing else to be said without laughing out loud or when one mustn’t and doesn’t burst into heaps of laughter (because one’s sophisticate classy) when one’s supposed to be extremely serious yet there’s humor in the undertones of the communication or circumstance or linguistics.

The “faux pas” is when someone says, “Right. Right.” after “everything” anyone’s ever said as a simple reply to fill up air because such any person doesn’t have anything intelligent to contribute to the conversation or situation or linguistics.

The “faux pas” is when anyone ignorant says, “Right. Right.” all of the time which “Right. Right.” after everything’s said comes to mean complete and utter gibberish or the same as saying, “I’m dumb and I don’t have anything intelligent to say,” “I’m dumb and I don’t have anything intelligent to say…” over-and-over again because “I’m dumb because I haven’t ever been taught what “Right? Right. means yet I copy it without any significance or understanding” or signifier to “upper crust” blue blooded New Englanders and they’d know immediately when one doesn’t have one single clue about anything at all since one were to keep repeating themselves either like any broken record or any parrot.

(Creepy. Words without meaning or substance to them or reason or logic or history are “queer” indeed. Empty words of style or sheep-like-mentality fall to their metaphorical death over cliffs of mourning disaster.) (I can’t seem to help it. I want to write poetry.)

(Doors get slammed shut because people get scared of what’s not natural or what seems “odd’ or “queer” or “contrived” to others.)

            Okay.

            Breathe.

The reason why one mustn’t “saunter off” or blindly or ignorantly or arrogantly pick up others’ traditions or “copy” a look without knowing what first anything means is because then one might get trapped inside any social maze of aimlessly wandering around forever without purpose while inside private parlors “everyone else” makes global plans to contribute to the world at large by implementing global fair wages and protective workers’ rights.

            Amen. (Nonreligious, “Amen.”)

No, not ever in my life have I ever worn “legging stockings” out in public.

            Are you insane?

            Absolutely not.

Yes, I wore “legging stockings” in the December 2013 “Self Portrait of an Artist” photography series.

Yes, I made the ever so serious decision to wear “legging stockings / hosiery” in my photography series because last December 2013 I blogged about how at that time I was 164 pounds and emails arrived which asked and wondered if I was “as huge as a house” or a “whale” (correction) or “a big fat ass.”

Out of rebelliousness, I wore “legging stockings / hosiery” in my “Self Portrait” photography series to better show off the contour lines of my body at 164 pounds and not for any other reason.

Furthermore, in last December’s 2013 “Self Portrait” series I also wore a long shirt which covered my entire mid drift or mid section as well as my derriere and hips. (Pay close attention.)

No, “art” isn’t necessarily appropriate attire for “school” or “work” or “television news” or “weather news” or “five star dining” or any other “public social activity or function.”

For example:

One of the greatest fashion “faux pas” is to wear “Yoga” pants in public (2005-2014).

“Yoga” pants are in the same category as spandex “running tights” or “speedskating tights” or “sports tights” which one doesn’t see through such particular durable materials.

For women to wear “Yoga” pants in public is the same as to wear mid-calf dark brown socks with loafers and white boxer shorts and any sleeved white undershirt with a side pocket on the front while women stand at makeup counters and pretend like their inappropriate attire is Kosher while giving everyone around them the “middle finger” ever since such women gave up on themselves and let themselves go.

What’s the point of looking at any gorgeous woman inappropriately dressed?

There isn’t any point to look at any woman inappropriately dressed because most likely she’s not prepared for her day or life or most likely she’s neither any good as a decision maker nor much less any type of leader nor does she know anything about “anything” when she doesn’t even seem to know how to appropriately dress for modern female adulthood and society and basic civility.

'She’s nobody' and makes sure she broadcasts such ridiculous notion to the entire world.

One mustn’t and doesn’t publically “run” errands or around in one’s “pajamas” or “Yoga” pants or “running tights” or “bicycle riding tights” or any other type of sports tights because it’s disrespectful as well as “lazy” of anyone not to get out of their “sports clothes” or “pajamas” and change into appropriate pedestrian clothing or attire.

(The rest of the globe’s not going to put up with our lack of American fashion sensibility and lots of mierde styles.)

There’s nothing uglier than to look at women who refuse to appropriately attire or dress themselves because “comfort” seems to be all some women or men have in their lack of style or fashion sensibilities or moral and ethical code of misconduct in attire.

            This is serious business.

This is serious subject matter we’re talking about here.

This is serious topic of discussion in any Era in which 1 out of 7 women are raped or sexually molested or sexually exploited or sexually abused or sexually harassed or sexually assaulted across the United States of America, 2014.

Please, put some proper pedestrian attire on and make any strong effort to look handsome or lovely and classy and sophisticate.

Any one wearing “legging stockings” out in public past 2014 is either “mentally ill” or “out of date and style” or “without any parental figures” to teach and guide their youth through what’s what of wardrobe lifestyle and health and wellness and how attire’s properly and correctly done.

To wear “Yoga” pants out into the world is as bad and as inappropriate as to wear “jeans” to any funeral.

“Yoga” pants mean one doesn’t know how to pay appropriate respect to one’s society at large.

“Legging stockings / hosiery” or “running tights” or “sports tights” or “Yoga” pants are ever so crude or vulgar or inappropriate clothes to wear for “school” or “work” or mostly any other pedestrian social functions unless one’s exercising or in the privacy of their home.

            Peace.

            Cheers.

America, please learn how to appropriately dress for success.

Yes, I wore “legging stockings” in my December 2013 “Self Portrait” photography series because I’m a professional artist and hold “creative license.”

However, “I wouldn’t be caught dead in public only wearing “legging stockings / hosiery” and nothing much else over them” because I’m not in the habit or tendency of only wearing my underwear out in public yet last year’s “legging stockings” held such a delicious look and color and texture for photography which I couldn’t seem to pass up otherwise. (Blush.) Really.

            Sincerely,

            With Respectful Regard to American Wardrobe Success;

            Gabriel

Bestowing Of Titles.

In introducing a person be sure to give him his appropriate title, as some persons are jealous of their dignity. If he is a clergyman, say “The Rev. Mr. Forsyth.” If a doctor of divinity, say “The Rev. Dr. Forsyth.” If he is a member of Congress, call him “Honorable,” and specify to which branch of Congress he belongs. If he is a governor of a State, mention what State. If he is a celebrity in the world of art or letters, it is well to mention the fact something after this manner: “Mr. Ellis, the artist, whose pictures you have frequently seen,” or “Mr. Smith, author of ‘The World after the Deluge,’ which you so greatly admired.”

Yes, our documentary film company is now dissolved however not our creative work of any type because instead of running the documentary film company on “business loans” our private work’s now run on private investors who invest in our work as private citizens and not as private companies.

In other words: for the rest of our work life if our “hypothetical” any and / or all private companies were to fail every six years then we’d still have financial support from our private investors because they invest in us and our long term future work since our investors find our work important to invest in. (Thank you.)

We’re dissolving our documentary film company because our accountants told us to do so this past April 2014 thus we comply by their suggestions by the end of the year’s fourth quarter thus here we are.

We’re dissolving our documentary film company because profits and revenue dried up and within recent three years (2011) our documentary film company hardly brought in any revenue.

            We ate the cost.

No, we didn’t fail at anything.

Do you know how hard we worked?

We labored… we loved… we understood… we listened… we responsibly acted… we did our very best.

We’ll continue with our work which means we won hence we get to continue and go forth and go on with our work even though “Taviette Film Productions” is now being put to rest and buried with a grave marker:

Taviette Film Productions

(1999-2014)

R.I.P.

No, it won’t be difficult to let go of this tiny little obscure documentary film company or to say goodbye: I started the documentary film company in 1999 as a business project my junior year of undergraduate college studies and took the company for limo rides and exotic travels further exceeded any of my wildest expectations and met fascinating clients and interviewed amazing and not so amazing people and shared many magnificent and significant meals and was twice sexually assaulted by having two individuals touch my breasts and / or buttocks while fully dressed in clothes while I conducted dangerous documentary field work which abruptly ended my documentary film work in 2011 (correction).

No, we most likely shan’t “record” or “cut” another feature length documentary film for as long as we live, however. We’d love to and we’ll continue with our private animation and art films.

Hypothetically, if we were to make another feature length documentary film then it better be about nature and not humans. I’d rather get attacked by wildlife than humans. I can understand why wildlife attacks however I don’t quite know why humans attack their own species (power struggles) when our intellectual and reasoning powers are right there in front of us for us to utilize and do well by others.

Gratefully we have loyal and kind private investors who invest in us as private individuals and not as private companies so our investors don’t care what happens to this fifteen (1999-2012) year old documentary film company so long as we continue to perform and practice our disciplinary art forms and continue to work as we have in the past and will continue to do so into any prosperous and fruitful future ahead.

In other words: Don’t worry about our finances.

Don’t worry about “Taviette Film Productions.”

The “blog” and “self portraits” and as soon as my throat doesn’t hurt anymore then the “podcasts” on this website will continue to succeed and progress forward throughout the years ahead for an estimated fifteen years.

Since we still have to conduct much research and study and analysis about podcasts and their…

            We’ll be dissolving taviettefims.com into holmdigital.com

Yes, we must continue to safe guard and protect ourselves as private citizen individuals under the umbrella of any private company instead of our private citizenry thus any “Taviette Film Productions” online affiliated creative work will now switch over to holmdigital.com in the twelve days to come.

            Personally, I like holmdigital.com

We’ll see what the next seven years bring.

Thank you for the past fifteen years of support.

            We thank you.

            Cheers!

            Thanks for your patience.

Quick Personal Holiday Notes:

            Personal Thoughts:

Suddenly, we looked up from our work and realized it’s our Holiday Hanukkah 2014. (How the years rapidly flash by in a blur.)

The commerce world continues to work right through Jewish Holidays thus we sometimes forget to stop and celebrate all fourteen days of Hanukkah unless we keep vigil over the calendar as any astute Mayans or observers of annual theological Celebrations throughout the year do.

Each of the fourteen days we light a candle for…

Annually, it’s beautiful to stop and look around and reflect on everything’s happened in one single year. (So much happens in one single day.)

Please keep in mind to Celebrate and bring in The New Year’s by always being polite and keep one’s head about them, stay cool.

No, don’t “play it” cool.

Be cool.

Feel cool.

Confidence without arrogance.

Confidence with grace.

Physically please hold doors open for all women unless there’s any strong sign of real threat about them then “get away from the clown in the middle of the road.”

During the holidays if one can’t keep calm then go home and shut the doors and windows and make oneself one stiff drink “on the rocks” and sit with one drink for at least two hours per drink.

Put on any great record which brings a smile to one’s face and relax and put up one’s feet and do nothing but contemplate for which one’s grateful for as well as for contributions to be made in 2015 or needs or wants for the year ahead as an overview in lifestyle, health and wellness and so on and so forth.

Remember, the holidays will soon be over and we’ll go back to work until our next and exciting holiday 2015 which as for this year we “holed up” for most of our holidays 2014.

For holidays 2014, we stayed home and ate “out of the ordinary” foods, watched films and television, stayed in our pajamas and enjoyed each other’s company as most married couples do on holidays especially when couples might not “see eye to eye” or agree for most of the rest of the year or fight like “cats and dogs”.

Whichever, as any romantic, I believe love lasts forever even if it rears its ugly head in the form of hatred. (What a cynic? Right? Not really. I’m laughing so hard right now.)

What I want to write is this: I’m working through a lot of “Roman Catholic” “guilt” or “shame” which can be intellectually or emotionally or mentally debilitating at times especially when it comes to “guilt” or “shame.”

This year my Father told me I must work to rewire my brain to “un-brainwash” myself from “Roman Catholic” “guilt” or “shame.” (Okay.) (I’ve decided to take up another martial art. I just don’t know where or when.)

This summer my Father told me to listen to more music every single day of my life thus I’ve begun to wear headphones and “air conduct” to classical music in the privacy of my study.

{No, I can’t get any real sound out of any instrument unless I’m “raging” stinking mad blinded by red vision full of passionate filled hatred otherwise I don’t exert myself unless I must or have to move.

The same goes for dance or unless I’m extremely relaxed and comfortable because I’m neither good at dance nor playing instruments even though I took six solid years of music lessons and music theory and modern dance and ballet. I can read sheet music and I can also imagine bits and pieces of self written musical melodies trapped in some creative cerebral cavity deeply wedged in some lost drawer stuffed with rice paper traced in Braille sheet music with raised notes and old black and white family photographs and strings of aged pearl necklaces and real 1930’s fur wraps all in great condition, however. Unused like my musical skills are to this day.} (Sigh.)

My Father told me to forget everything I know or think I know about the “brainwashing” indoctrination of the “Roman Catholic Church.” (Okay.)

My Father’s now a retired psychologist and is quite a modern man. (Wow.)

(My dad blew my mind away this year with the single thought I ought to re-teach myself everything I know or don’t know about “guilt” or “shame.” (whew.) (I don’t even know where to begin. I have confidence I’ll succeed once I’m set on the correct path to follow with interpersonal private intellectual or emotional evolution.)

To me: people are art and magnificent onto themselves.

            People are sacred temples.

People are normally taught the most difficult lessons there are to learn by those we less expect to teach us especially when we don’t and won’t choose such individuals for our teachers because it would be improper to do so.

            Life’s any fine balance.

If at all possible we wish all safety and love and peace and harmony and anything good anyone might desire for the benefit of harmony and balance at the center of any sacred oath or pumping blood or light which radiates from the inside out giving off energy and courage for others to better understand themselves through kindness and not competition especially at this holy time of year.

This is my wish onto to all especially those Brothers and Sisters without family or friends around or close to them or those whom suffer from the violence or cruelty of familial dysfunction.

Enjoy the ride and don’t forget to breathe.

As of this fall 2014, I’ve been granted the “permission” from both my Father and talk-therapist to do my life differently.

This Christmas Day on December 25, 2014, we’re staying in with snacks and amazing food and pajamas and movies and television shows and do absolutely nothing.

We’ll open a few small gifts and find the joy in Christmas.

For eight straight years, both Eric and I have fought or been terribly ill on Christmas Day.

This Christmas Day 2014, we’re shutting out the world, our families and in-laws and Celebrating as a couple for the first time in our relationship.

We haven’t spent one Christmas together as a couple yet.

We can’t wait because Thanksgiving Day 2014 we celebrated the same way we’re about to celebrate Christmas Day.

Thanksgiving Day 2014 was exquisite indeed to stay home on the day of a major holiday and not have to travel or go anywhere or only as far as order-in from “Perkins” or Indian cuisine because it was open Thanksgiving Day. Fun!

We’re going to bring fun and alleviate all social and familial pressure to drive all over the Earth on Christmas Day when our time’s painfully limited.

Instead, we’ll Celebrate Christmas with Eric’s family the weekend before Christmas Day.

Furthermore, we’re “on call” this Christmas Day thus we must stay close to home and run over to the studio if need be.

We make decent money yet we hardly get many vacation days and that’s tiresome thus I refuse to fight this Christmas Day or leave our home when there’s so much to Celebrate and do like eat Christmas cookies or cake or drink organic eggnog and go in pajamas all day long without having to get dressed for the relatives.

My Jewish Minnesota family doesn’t Celebrate Christmas thus it’s a nonessential holiday to us yet it’s quite important to Eric and his family, however.

Eric and I tend to fight each Christmas Day or holiday and much of our arguments have been about the imbalance of domestic power in our marriage as well as how we spend our free time since we only see my family three times per year for the past eight years yet we’ve visited and spent our holidays and vacation days for the past seven straight years seeing Eric’s family eighteen times per year.

We must bring balance to the force or I’ll end up some bitter old hag whose husband adores his wife yet doesn’t uphold to fairness or respect in the marriage.

Simply, I write this to share with other humans because nothing’s perfect and life can be a challenge or difficult, however.

Challenges and difficulties must not bring on Christmas suicides or violence or hatred.

            Hang in there, America.

We can do these holiday celebrations without suicides.

My talk-therapist told me, I may spend our free time as I wish especially now when my health’s not optimal and my throat hurts 24/7 from cysts which grow on my thyroid.

Both talk-therapist and my Father explained: Eric can see his family on his own time or by himself because no one’s stopping Eric from seeing his family as little or as much as Eric cares to.

They also informed me: I always have the choice to go with Eric or not without feeling “guilt” or “shame” about how I want to spend my free and down time which happens to be low key and on the couch for the next eight years because I gave everything I had and now I don’t have any more energy to give when sometimes I don’t have a very good time because of any envious pecking order or hierarchy which happens to be an old and archaic fashion to conduct any family matter especially when it’s obvious people don’t always necessarily like each other or get jealous or envious or seem passively-aggressively angry with each other.

2014 was indeed one of the worst years ever because I fought one tooth pain for nine straight months (correction) from a cracked filling. (No, a root canal wasn’t necessary.)

2014 we found out I have cysts growing in my thyroid.

2014 I hemorrhaged most of May and half of June as well as October.

            2014 I found out I have 298 cholesterol.

2014 I changed my life so I’m not dead by fifty from the stress of our marriage due to our domestic imbalance as well as heaps of work and poignant illnesses in bad health on my part.

2014 my friend explained to me I’m considered a “nigger” in Minnesota and the United States of American and it’s always going to be that way forevermore. (Okay.) (Sigh.)

2014, November, I quit walking in exchange for standing up more throughout the workdays and I feel fantastic about it.

2014, according to Chinese zodiac I was supposed to get pick-pocketed (hasn’t happened yet, (‘knock on wood’) “keep fingers crossed, it doesn’t happen”) while last year’s Chinese zodiac 2013 projected an “extra marital affair” however if I didn’t have an “extra marital affair” in 2013 then I’d be cleared till the end of my days. (Whew.)

2014, I realized a lot of changes needed to be made and had to be made in my lifestyle because the stress was getting to me.

In conclusion, please “don’t sweat the small stuff” and give oneself the permission not to have to do anything whichever one doesn’t necessarily want to for the holidays especially when it’s a dysfunctional or disrespectful or terrible bad time all around year after year.

If one’s ‘tough enough’ to endure any Christmas Day alone then make it a good one and have fun because my Father taught me, “You’re your best company” and if one can’t stand oneself then most likely one can’t stand others’ company either.

Find the joy in a quiet Christmas if there isn’t any family around.

This year, I learned, its okay, not to Celebrate holidays like “cookie cutout” made up commercial lifestyles which aren’t real and their portrayal of untrue American life.

It’s okay to take care of oneself and one’s needs first otherwise one’s no good to anyone else.

With Highest Regard and Respect for All,

Gabriel

Receipt of Introductory Letters.

On receipt of an introductory letter, take it into instant consideration; if you are determined not to receive the party, write at once some polite, plausible, but dignified cause of excuse. If the party is one you see fit to receive, then let your answer be accordingly, and without delay; never leave unanswered till the next day a letter of introduction.

If any one whom you have never seen before call with a letter of introduction, and you know from its appearance who sent it, desire the person to sit down, and at once treat them politely; but if you do not recognize the hand-writing it is quite proper, after requesting them to be seated, to beg their pardon, and peruse the letter in order that you may know how to act.

(Linguistic corrections were made.)

Happy Hanukkah at sundown today!

(Today’s our start of “Hanukkah.”)

Hello.

Exercise

Vs.

Nutrition

Yes, from any “laymen” private citizen’s observational viewpoint, personally, I find the balance between exercise and nutrition is a fine balance as any balance ever is. (I know, I know. Elementary.)

Aside from the fact I miscalculated my daily nutritional calorie intake by as many or as few as 400 calories:

For eight straight years, I inflexibly consumed 2,200 calories per daily nutritional calorie intake as a mistake from my mathematical miscalculations.

Rigidly, I “stuck by” my mathematical miscalculations even though much of the outcome’s been “fruitless” until yesterday when finally after four months (August 2014) I lost one more notch on my belt loop. (Whew.)

My measurements begun to move downward which’s a relief since plateaus are ever so difficult to endure towards progress.

Ever since a slight and early cold spell in November 2014, I stopped walking outdoors because finally this Minnesota cold winter weather went right through my bones leaving me hallow and empty inside my intestines.

In other words: My organs quickly get cold (not making it up.)

In past winters both Eric and I did get extremely sick with terrible long lasting deep colds and high fever thus we stopped walking outdoors probably for the rest of my winters.

We exercise only not outdoors and not at any public gym.

We exercise in the private and quiet and comfort of our home.

We watch whatever we want on DVR and skip all the commercials. (Thank you.)

These Minnesota cold winters go right through me and my bones hurt and the skin on the foretops of my hands begun to crack and bleed no matter how much lotion I apply to my tropical hands.

Hands which most likely not live near the equator again until…

Eric can’t possibly handle the tropical heat or distracted and unorganized Central American cultures thus we directly discuss living one year abroad in Finland where Eric’s side of his family comes from and still owns their 400 year old farm.

My Grandfather was a 100% Finn Minnesota man, “Al” who married a Jew from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

(Oh, Alfred where art thou.)

Rigidly I consumed 2,200 calories as a number to go by only because I did the mathematics incorrectly thinking the entire time I consumed-and-burned off most of the calories I ate on a daily average basis.

According to my miscalculations, I thought I went to bed with exactly 1,200 calories in my stomach only to have recently discovered I was off by 400 hundred calories which the correction was made as of last Saturday, December 6, 2014.

It took exactly one week for my stomach to shrink.

For seven straight days my stomach growled from morning till night until exactly one week later my stomach stopped growling and now everything’s back to place in order.

Exactly seven days later my stomach stopped growling and now it only growls when it’s hungry. (Wonderful.)

One wouldn’t think 400 calories is much of any calorie difference in the life of one human, however.

Over time, 400 calories “packs on the pounds” while one’s not watching out.

Personally, I’ve not ever been someone who starved herself.

Personally, I’ve not ever been someone who stuffed herself.

Personally, I eat like a bird. I take little bites and like to taste many different variety of tastes, however I don’t’ eat pass my limitations.

Personally, I’ve listened to by body for the past eight years and stopped eating as soon as my stomach (first brain) (correction) tells me to stop eating and not stuff myself. (Gladly.)

Personally, I did the best I could yet my best miscalculations weren’t good enough to lose a little bit of lingering fat around my face and chin and in between my shoulder blades or mid drift.

Personally, I’m ever so happy we continue to eat organic and non-GMO and fair trade otherwise I’d be here today as a 180 pound woman (which is the heaviest I’ve ever been / I checked my notes, circa 2007,2008) instead of 149 pound woman as I am today.

Personally, I’m ever so happy to be naturally disciplined and take mostly everything in moderation since we don’t ever overeat or drink much of any alcohol it’s been one of the greatest challenges to get my weight down even though we did walk 4 miles per day for six straight years (rain, snow or sunshine.)

The scale didn’t budge much or hardly ever in those years.

Constantly, I felt hungry thus I ate about three small meals and three small snacks per daily nutritional consumption, however.

Nonetheless, I used to consume 1 cup of granola each day for breakfast as part of my daily nutritional intake which amounts to about 800 to 1,000 calories per one cup depending on what type of granola it is or how it’s processed.

As I might, I thought I was doing the right thing only to discover it was the wrong thing for me to eat granola drenched in massive calories since I wasn’t training for the Olympics anymore as I did in my youth at one point for a small window of opportunity which didn’t last very long.

Furthermore, at the same time period when I ate granola (2006-2009) also at times I consumed “power bars” or “granola bars” only to discover such packaged foods contained as many or as few calories as 1,000 calories which is almost more than half of today’s calorie intake.

Does the reader understand what I’m writing?

In other words: I consumed an extra 2,000 calories I’d not ever previously consumed in my entire life until that point (2007-2008) even though we walked four daily miles and I ate small lunches and dinners and two other small snacks such as one small piece of cheese (70 calories) or ¼ cup of beef jerky (160 calories) or an apple (100 calories).

Since I wasn’t training for any triathlon then I must not consume an extra 2,000 calories per daily nutritional intake (all at once) to replenish that which I hadn’t burned off in large calorie amounts yet I thought that granola and granola bars or “power bars” were healthy for me and low in calories when in actuality such foods are loaded in hefty fattening calories which wreaked havoc on my weight and my system. (How ignorant was I? Quite.)

Little did I know, I hadn’t burned off nearly as many as 2,000 extra calories in our daily four mile walks because I’d been misinformed that one cup of granola was only 200 calories when in reality one cup of granola is more like 1,000 calories thus I gained and gained weight until I found a factual and scientific article which wrote about the many truths about how loaded granola and “power bars” are with calories. (Thank you.)

Immediately, when I read the article I stopped the consumption of both one cup of granola and one “power bar” as substitutes for meals or as snacks which today my snacks aren’t ever anymore than 300 calories at most 400 calories.

In 2010 I dropped from 170 pounds to 160 pounds by cutting out all granola and “power bars” from my life and not changing anything much else.

We continued to walk our four daily miles (rain, snow or sunshine) until August 1, 2012 when we moved to the suburbs.

From October 2013 until today I’ve lost 15 pounds by only walking 20 or 30 minutes per day in comparable weather (at an average pace) and cutting out all table brown or white sugars.

I don’t do much exercise because I climb our basement steps at least 30 times per day as well as stand for fifteen minute breaks on the hour each hour (or quarter to each hour).

In the New Year 2015 I’d like to purchase a laptop stand (like a music stand) and do all of my typing and conduct business standing up for about five to six straight hours per day.

A sedentary lifestyle is considered the same as smoking cigarettes even if one were to exercise one full hour per day.

*****

The point is this: in general I’ve over consumed calories for eight straight years without knowing I did until last Saturday I put a stop to it.

*****

Personally, as of 2008, I’ve counted each calorie and will continue to do so for life since it’s easy to lose track of calories. I don’t mind counting calories. I actually like any mathematical tool which helps keep my waist slim without having to think, too, hard or “over think” whether I know what I’ve consumed or not. I like to know what I’ve consumed down to the calorie and I don’t have any shame about counting calories while in private by myself.

My body’s a temple and must be kept at precise and ultimate peak performance otherwise a low quality of lifestyle isn’t for me because I’m somewhat of a physically fragile tea cup and can break easily yet I have stamina and am dependable and loyal till death do us part.

The main reason why I didn’t change my daily nutritional calorie intake was because I was afraid to change my mathematical miscalculation and stayed loyal to my mathematical miscalculations out of fear I might get my mathematics wrong thinking I was doing right the entire time.

Personally, I mainly know whatever any other American knows about the “Food Pyramid”.

Nevertheless, the “Food Pyramid’s” not once worked out for me.

*****

Personally, I quit eating mostly all “whole grains” and “spinach pastas” and “Fettuccini” and “brown rice” and “Crockpot meats” (free range, no hormones or no antibiotics chicken or grass fed beef).

Also, I quit eating all “organic blue corn chips” and organic “puffs”.

As well as quit eating any and all “cheese” and “butter” and “honey.”

Furthermore, I also quit any Monday through Friday one small drink per daily alcohol consumption.

Now I drink one or two glasses of organic wine over the weekends instead of one small glass of organic wine over lunch at noon during the weekdays since alcohol’s loaded with calories.

We quit all “refined white sugar” or “brown sugar.”

As well as “organic sugar cane ice cream.”

As well as cooking with any “lard.”

As well as most “fried foods” with the exception of hamburgers.

As well as all “breaded foods.”

As well as any condiments on any weekend’s “fast food” or restaurant “order-in” hamburgers.

As well as any “maple syrups” of any type or “white powdered sugar.”

At first, change’s terrifying to think one would quit or “cut out” such major American “obese” food groups or categories as the specific ones mentioned above only as concrete examples.

The key to change one’s behavioral patterns is to find the “fun” and “joy” in the very change itself and be open to the opportunity for tangible outcomes which will lead to happier circumstances.

            Change’s sanity.

As any human of average intelligence I like change, however. I tend to get stuck in “loyal” ruts to the wrong “medium” or “circumstance” or “lifestyle” or “discipline” or “practice” or “operational mode.”

In other words: Either I get stuck in ruts for long periods of time doing any practice or discipline the wrong way such as “health and wellness” mainly because I don’t even consider change as any other viable option without the fear I might get any mathematical outcome wrong, however.

Getting mathematics wrong is beside the point because whatever outcome I’ve lived with for the past eight straight years hasn’t worked out and continual application didn’t bring about tangible outcomes only more challenges.

            Okay.

            In conclusion for today:

The smallest of changes brings about the largest and greatest of outcomes.

Since I refuse to be “obese” later in life then I must now get my weight down to 138 pounds by April 2015 and my cholesterol under 200 from 298 and even then I’ll still be considered slightly “overweight” by the BMI (Body Mass Index). (I must get my weight down so I might live one long and healthy and prosperous life.)

All I can suggest is to add ice cubes to one’s water.

All I can suggest is to correct one’s mathematical miscalculations when it comes to daily nutritional calorie consumption.

Nutrition has more to do with weight gain or loss than exercise, however.

Exercise has everything to do with spiritual and mental and physical and emotional strength as well as a natural stress reliever and all around fun.

Personally, I wouldn’t specifically exercise if I didn’t have to.

Since I don’t personally like any “sedentary” lifestyle I give myself the permission to take more breaks than the average American worker. I’m not “tied” to my desk because if at any time my back, per se, were to begin to ache then I can always walk away from my computer without feeling any “guilt” about micromanagement since I’m the boss of myself and no one else tells me when I can or can’t take a standing break.

It’s up to me to stay healthy.

            So I do.

This winter I’ve changed to an entirely new approach for the first time in eight years.

Normally, (as of late) we fall asleep by twelve and wakeup at nine or ten in the morning and get rolling by eleven. Work starts at eleven thirty. I refuse to sleep any less than nine or ten hours per day because it helps with stress levels and weight loss. I love my sleep. I work hard. Why Shouldn’t I sleep hard and well and long?

We don’t drink any more than one cup of organic fair trade coffee per day.

Recently I’ve begun to add ice cubes to all water I drink.

Instead of counting calories in the upwards I now count calories in the downwards.

            For example:

Thus far today’s daily nutritional intake:

            First Breakfast:

2 small halves of organic non-GMO no sugar homemade bread (100 calories)

½ teaspoon of no preservatives and no additives non-GMO no sugar peanut butter (48 calories)

            Total: 148 calories

            Second Breakfast:

½ cup of organic oat cereal (50 calories)

            1 banana (100 calories)

½ cup of delicious organic non-GMO plain yogurt (80 calories)

            Total: 230 calories

            Lunch:

            16 rice crackers (130 calories)

¼ cup of beef jerky (160 calories)

            1 organic carrot (35 calories)

1 cup of organic peppermint “Mate” tea (0 calories)

¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk (20 calories)

1 Teaspoon of organic non-GMO Agave (60 calories)

            Total: 405 calories

            Afternoon Snack:

            1 large apple (100 calories)

1 teaspoon of no preservatives and no additives non-GMO no sugar peanut butter (90 calories)

½ teaspoon of no preservatives and no additives non-GMO no sugar peanut butter (40 calories)

            Total: 230 calories

Total Mathematics (counting downward or “backwards)

1,800 calories - 148 (1st breakfast) = 1,652 calories - 230 (2nd breakfast) = 1,422 calories - 405 (lunch) = 1,117 calories - 230 (afternoon snack) = 887 total calories left for dinner and a healthy dessert like two square pieces of chocolate and peanut butter together.

The main point is this:

My goal is to incorporate daily and hourly movement to my body rather than only 20 or 30 or 60 minutes of daily walks per day.

My goal is not to do any “regular” exercise other than everyday living with daily light chores and climb stairs thirty times and reduce my calorie intake from 2,200 to 1,800 (change occurred about over a week ago) which the weight quickly proves to be melting away.

If one can then eliminate (correction) all sugar soda or pop from one’s life.

We’ve hardly ever drank sugar soda most of our lives thus it’s not even an addiction for us otherwise try 0 calorie vegan soda which tastes amazing.

Personally, for the past eight years I worked myself to the bone ‘trying’ to bring down my weight and this is the first time in eight years in which I shan’t even exercise this winter and closely moderate my nutritional intake.

Personally, I can’t stand exerting myself; however, I like unrestricted movement and freedom to walk away from my bloody desk at any given time because I refuse to get killed by a “sedentary” lifestyle since I just quit smoking cigarettes exactly 49 days ago and sitting and smoking cigarettes are equivalent to one another then I shall do neither.

            America, we can do it!

Supposedly, I ought to weigh 110 pounds, however.

Let’s concentrate on the present matter of 149 pounds to 138 pounds which equals an 11 pound weight loss within the next 4 months.

We’ll concentrate (correction) first on losing the little bit of fat left and then we’ll think about toning and possible pushups. (Sigh.)

            First, weight loss.

            Second, toning.

All of the research shows it’s better to be “underweight” than “overweight.”

Since I’m ever so dedicated and diligent about my health then I can do this and so can you.

            Patience, America.

            Lots of patience.

Yes, we threw out our scale February 2014 and it’s been ever so freeing an experience.

Truly Yours;

Gabriel

Introductory Letter to Ladies.

Be very cautious of giving a gentleman a letter of introduction to a lady; for remember, in proportion as you are esteemed by the lady to whom it is addressed, so do you claim for your friend her good wishes,---and such letters are often the means of settling the weal or the woe of the parties for life. Ladies should never themselves, unless upon cases of the most urgent business, deliver introductory letters, but should send them in an envelope inclosing their card.

(Linguistic corrections were made.)

Hello.

“Congressional Foul”

Congress

Vs.

Wall Street

(Beyond Strange Bedfellows)

Legislative Corruption

Federal Funding Appropriations Bill

2014

(How about we spell it out for the world?)

Let’s.

American taxpayers didn’t realize “CitiGroup” was one of our legislative elected public officials either in the House of Representatives or Senate.

When did “CitiGroup” run for official public office as a public servant to The People?

When did “CitiGroup” buy up seats in Congress?

When did “CitiGroup” decide they were experienced and expertly and ethical and moral public officials to write and implement immoral and unethical corporate codes and laws upon this judicial land?

When did “CitiGroup” purchase any large or substantial piece of Congress by tickling the pussy or balls of both House and Senate? (Correction.)

When did “CitiGroup” purchase the power to write corrupt legislative policy bills for economic public security and safety?

Americans don’t remember casting any ballot for “CitiGroup” (or their cronies) into Congressional seats.

What is it about “Wall Street” fortune 500 hedge fund stockbrokers forcing their gambling hand up the skirt of the public taxpayer and (anecdotally) sexually assaulting any of the ethical and moral policies of governance by fondling Congress on its genitals which bipartisan Congress just loves to have their clitorises and penises stroked by the eleventh millionth hour?

Legislative policy is made with the safety and security and fairness of an entire body of citizens and civilians as one Nation of 318 million people who can and will overcome both Congress’ and Wall Street’s deceitful corruption hence the game’s rigged for only the “Meek Shall Inherit the Earth.”

Legislative policy is made Of The People, by The People and For The People. Yes.

Legislative policy isn’t made Of “CitiGroup,” By “CitiGroup,” and For “Citigroup.” No.

Legislative policy isn’t made Of “Wall Street,” By “Wall Street” and For “Wall Street.” No.

“Checks and Balances” is what keeps federal governance from going “greedy” or “lazy insane” or “underhanded” or “manipulative” or “Thievery Corporation” or “corrupt” or “mean-spirited” legislative policies which most certainly will endanger wildlife and natural habitats and school lunches and pensions in the year 2015 which only happens to be around the corner.

(What a year ahead for the Americans…)

Please say non-religious prayers for starving or hungry or “food insecure” American students across our Country and retired pensioners whose pensions and school lunches are now stolen by both branches of Congress and Wall Street and the military industrial complex’s annual budget.)

(What a disgrace to our Nation.)

(What a “cruel joke” to place American Citizens and Civilians under so much economic and health lifestyle “strain” or “pressure” or “stress” by stealing school lunches from American children and youth and teens and pensions from retired citizens and civilians simply because Congress doesn’t show up one third of the year to do their work thus Americans must be “sacrificed” (“forfeited”) and “penalized” and “traded” on the stock floor in the exchange market due to the “lazy” or “cruel” or “mentally insane” nature of the current and modern American Congress which takes advantage of their position in power and collects “pass go” each day as many Congress members’ millions of dollars per session builds interest. Congress men and women are “haters” of The American People and “every” single American citizen and civilian knows how corrupt Wall Street is because Congress allows Wall Street “to get away with murder” which Congress hasn’t proven they can or will work together. No. For the past seven years Congress proved to be a thief and a liar and a misanthrope.)

*****

Congress is no different than attending any excellent or great or outstanding Ivy League or private college or university which doesn’t allow for their student body to cheat or degrade or harm or hurt or sexually assault or rape their kind.

Congress members and their aids and staff are mandatorily responsible to show up to work each and every single workday Monday through Friday throughout the entire year (except four weeks in August of each year) like any other American worker does show up for work each and every single day of their lives (unless sick or dead) otherwise.

Congress members must go and find different line of work to better suit their personal needs to unjustifiably shorten important Congressional sessions and instead directly head for the golf course or tanning solon or campaign trail or lengthy masturbation sessions or orgies.

Congress members and their aids and staff are mandatorily responsible to hold great and excellent to good attendance record and in a timely fashion show up to all of their committees and subcommittee meetings and hearings and legislative sessions and private bipartisan meetings to unite both sides of the aisle in front of the cameras and not behind-the-scenes with seedy and underhanded deceitful manner.

Congress isn’t to disrespectfully disrupt the House or Senate sessions and “saunter off” early to run election campaigns in their individual States or pass “fraudulent” and / or “deceitful” legislative policy bills for the gains of Congressional and / or Corporate thievery in the form of campaign contribution donors who “up the ante” (gamble) in the mere of $700,000.000 (seven hundred thousand) dollars per campaign contributor, otherwise.

Congress members and their aids and staff are mandatorily responsible to read through large volumes of potential and “ethical” and “morally” and “legally” filled legislative policy as reading material and research homework to get through each and every single day.

Congress members and their aids and staff are mandatorily responsible to ensure the ethical and morally valuable legal legislative desires and needs and wants of their people in their States and specific regions or districts.

Congress members and their aids and staff are mandatorily responsible to safeguard and fasten a strong and steadfast future for all Americans and not only Congressional members’ family members or adult children looking for work in either the House or Senate or bored or uneducated offspring or closest colleagues and their children or such nepotism. No.

Congress members and their aids and staff are mandatorily responsible to ensure bipartisan legislative compromised “deals” which shan’t harm the public due to “Thievery Corporation” or Congressional thievery by greedy bipartisan “bought up” or “washed up” or “sold out” members of Congress or (loan shark) thieves of Wall Street.

Congress members and their aids and staff are mandatorily responsible for their “maturity” and “sane” and “rational” and “logical” and “reasonable” approach to legal and moral and ethical legislative policy writing, otherwise.

Wall Street’s got Congress “by the balls” and “clitorises” and ready to throw the electrical switch which Congress seems to enjoy having their “balls and clitorises” electrocuted otherwise Congress would “grow a pair” of testicles or find its G-spot and stop rubbing up against corrupt Wall Street legislative policy bills which harm our Nation at large.

Congress members and their aids and staff are mandatorily responsible to write “just” and “sane” and “mindful” and “thoughtful” and “legal” and “moral” and “ethical” Congressional legislative policy which agrees not to harm or endanger the Constitutional Rights of The People any further (than Wall Street already did in 2007, 2008, 2009) and steal Americans’ bread from the mouths of babes.

Congress’s neatly packaged in a condom wrapper and bought-and-paid for corporate campaign donors and Wall Street insiders who under the table give insider tips to Congress men and women thus making millionaires of most Congress members by the time they leave either the House or Senate.

Our democratic system and means to write and pass policy bills into law seizes to exit when legislative policy becomes any type of “corrupt” or underhanded game for which only the “rich” uneducated populous makes and passes illegal and corrupt and unethical and immoral and unjust laws onto this judicial land of ours.

Our American “serfs” and “wage slave” citizens and civilians continue to slave away on an outdated comparable 1952 minimum wage scale without pensions or health care or child-or-doggie daycare or paid time and a half to break up Thanksgiving dinner and work for meager morsels of bread as the morsels scamper off the table of Congress and Wall Street and call it a fairy tale story of misguided leadership in economics titled “trickledown economics” an imaginary concept well into the twenty first century.

What is it about modern American Congress which continues to sell its taxpayers down the river for a few pieces of silver?

What is it about modern American Congress for which it doesn’t understand its responsibility and place in our Nation’s Capitol?

What is it about modern American Congress which makes it so irresponsible and irresponsive to its legal responsibilities and leadership position?

What is it about modern American Congress which makes it ever so déclassé all dressed up in expensive suits and outdated attire passing corrupt policy bills for the benefit of their deep pockets while the American People silently drown in personal debt, which, the bank creditors and real estate brokers unethically led The American People down a steep rabbit hole of illegal mortgage “bubble” payments?

Doesn’t Congress know each member of Congress can and will be eliminated or “fired” or “let go” when Congress members underhandedly distort or abolish or chip away at our Republic’s democratic system and rather important and serious legislative policy writing means and measures towards a more balanced and free Nation’s overall happiness and security and safety and health.

*****

In order to run for Congress either as any representative or legislator then one must like and know how to think and read and write well, otherwise, go home, and learn how to read and write and think exceptionally well especially when it comes to legal legislative policy writing.

It is mandatory by law, for which Congress members must think and research and write their own legislative written policy pieces and not allow for the unethical cheating Wall Street pimps to write and do Congress’ important homework otherwise, everyone flunks school, and gets thrown out for cheating and unethical misconduct.

Congress must not cheat when it comes to regard about thinking and reading and writing their legislative pieces of written policy work.

Congress must be intellectually and ethically and morally and smartly qualified to run for office otherwise such pious fools destroy the world.

Congress must pass an extensively cohesive (solid, interconnected) one page written essay and neurological comprehensions test to qualify for the awesome responsibility to work and think and create and write and structure and possibly pass or “table” pieces of constructive legislative written policy bills made into potential laws which may harshly or badly effect many across the American land and “Magic Kingdom.”

If Congress members are unable to pass an extensive cohesive one page written essay and neurological comprehensions test as to what is Congress’ role and responsibilities (which come with the J-O-B) then Congress members must go home and hone or sharpen their analytical critical thinking skills and read up on judicial and federal branches of government and try again.

Congress must not fall apart on the eleventh hour when it “comes down to the wire” and “forfeit” their constituents’ Constitutional Rights in exchange “to keep the lights on.”

Mostly Americans rather deal with an “expensive” or “annoying” or “irritating” “government shutdown” then to lose or give up our Constitutional Rights to Wall Street’s cronies and corrupt campaign donors.

An expensive “government shutdown’s” no sweat off our American constituents’ backs since most of our cities and towns are impoverished or “food insecure” and most people don’t seem to have either the time or money to attend national or state parks or government buildings or such federal institutions which at one point Americans did frequent and visit as the highlight of their year.

An expensive “government shutdown’s” no sweat off our American constituents’ backs when the high and costly price to sell our Republic’s weak democratic governmental structure isn’t even an option.

So what if the lights get shut off?

We’ve recently lived through “government shutdowns” before.

            Big deal.

When the price of “keeping the lights on” means the difference between a democratic Republic or Wall Street Anarchy then Americans rather see dark buildings and “closed signs” while bright lights ahead guide our continual judicial journey towards freedom.

Congress has an inherent (intrinsic) and ethical and legal and moral duty not to sell constituents’ Constitutional Rights to Wall Street in exchange for campaign donations which exceeds the price of bribes (enticements, lure, bait, attract, decoy) by which “Citizens United’s” already bought-and-paid for at least two former recent elections.

In the first place, Congress should not ever lower to the subpar standards or “dirty tricks” played by Wall Street to cheat by writing Congress’ “term papers” with bad legislative policy bills and flunking Congress in exchange for as much or as little as seven hundred thousand dollars “a pop” per campaign donor to any of which bipartisan candidates running for any type of elected office or seat making Congressional seats more of an auction sold to the highest bidder rather than a remarkable Republic’s democratic system of “Checks and Balances.”

Congress must by “moral obligation” not sell Congressional seats to the “highest bidder” hence no trading will be done with Wall Street or any other deep pocketed campaign donor since government isn’t up for auction or on sale or “on the chopping block” otherwise The People may call “Foul” no matter what some corrupt courtroom judge’s paid under the table by Wall Street cronies or unethical Congress men and women or corrupt campaign donors of the United States of America.

What is it about much of modern American Congress men and women who don’t seem to have a clue or any idea as to what their professional role or ethical responsibilities are to uphold?

What is it about much of modern American Congress men and women who only seem to have gone no further than the twelfth grade in high school?

What is it that makes Congress act ever so immature like high school flirtations instead of some of the highest and most powerful seats in the land?

Hence and forth The People voted in our Congress men and women to best represent us and not poison our lands or impoverish or starve our children, youth and teens by cutting back on school lunch subsidies when Americans seem to need “food assistance” now more so than ever or to sell our pensions to Wall Street after twenty or thirty or forty years of service and employment to any company or branch of government.

An expensive “government shutdown’s” no sweat off our American constituents’ backs when the high and costly price to sell our Republic’s weak democratic governmental structure isn’t even an option.

(Okay. Back from my 30 minute snack and stand up break.)

(Sitting’s ever so difficult on the body.)

*****

One of the major reasons why Congress fails itself and the American taxpayer is Congress half the time doesn’t even show up for work.

If Congress were any other hardworking fulltime American worker or employee then Congress would’ve been fired in 2008 and 2009 and 2010 and 2011 and 2012 and 2013 and 2014 and possibly 2015 and 2016.

Congress seems to go to work whenever or however Congress wants “without a care in the world.”

The last time The People checked Congress only gets August off each year otherwise legislation’s in session for the remainder of the year minus Holidays like the rest of American workers’ annual schedule. (Let’s get to work folks!)

(As long as public schools are in session so is Congress and don’t forget summer school.)

One of the major reasons why Congress fails itself and the American taxpayer is Congress’ immature approach to / when it comes time for Congress to do its homework and “read up” or ‘study up’ on any of the potential appropriations funding bills or otherwise.

One of the major reasons why Congress fails itself and the American taxpayer is Congress doesn’t attend work or school much of the time so when it comes time to pass any annual budgetary appropriations funding bill then on the eleventh hour Congress is either, too, “hasty” or “lazy-minded” or “greedy” or “tired” or procrastinates thus “drops the ball.”

One of the major reasons why Congress fails itself and the American taxpayer is Congress procrastinates on its homework and leaves it until the eleventh hour therefore Congress “quasi” panics whenever there’s any looming threat of another “government shutdown” however Congress knows and is all, too, aware of its end of the year deadlines yet prances about and pretends like the government budgetary appropriations funding bill comes as a surprise to them all.

One of the major reasons why Congress fails itself and the American taxpayer is Congress refuses to practice well in advance organizational skills.

When Congress flunks then Congress makes largely bipartisan attacks or threats of corruption or illegal coercion to dismiss the proper function of already securely established and fastened governmental democratic structures by cornering The People’s Constitutional Rights and threatening death to our governmental structural Liberties and Freedoms.

One of the major reasons why Congress fails itself and the American taxpayer is Congress neither takes responsibility for their actions or is accountable to the American people.

Congress passes off its failures as something “nonchalant” yet ever so willing or eager to destroy the very way of life for millions of hardworking citizens and civilians who barely make it by on their meager wages or pensions so that our American taxpayers have to “bend over backwards” to further and indefinitely pay major corporate banks’ massive irresponsible debt when taxpayers can barely afford to cover the cost of their own personal debt or the cost of advanced degrees.

Gabriel

Introductions While Traveling.

If, in the traveling, any one introduces himself to you and does it in a proper and respectful manner, conduct yourself towards him with politeness, ease and dignity; if he is a gentleman, he will appreciate your behavior---and if not a gentleman will be deterred from annoying you; but acquaintanceships thus formed must cease where they began. Your entering into conversation with a lady or gentleman while traveling does not give any of you a right to after recognition. If anyone introduces himself to you in a manner betraying the least want of respect, either towards you or himself, you can only turn from him in a dignified silence,---and if he presumes to address you further, then there is no punishment too severe.

After An Introduction.

If you wish to avoid the company of any one that has been properly introduced, satisfy your own mind that your reasons are correct; and then let no inducement cause you to shrink from treating him with respect, at the same time shunning his company. No gentleman will thus be able to either to blame or mistake you.

Hello.

Central Intelligence Agency

Part II

            Dearest Global Citizens and Civilians;

            Good day to all.

            Wishing all excellent health.

Let’s skip extensive pleasantries or preliminaries.

It’s not “over the top” to open up a recent topic of discussion or debate or dialogue or communication about “torture” ever since Tuesday, December 9, 2014 going into the next year December 9, 2015 to give Americans time to process what corruption did take place during the Bush and Cheney Administration.

Yes, former President Bush Sr. was correct.

If only the American People had learned all too soon what we now know about the 9/11 murders of the Bush / Cheney conspiracy then the American People would indeed and most certainly strung both Bush Jr. and Dick Cheney by lampposts and possibly raped their women and murdered their sons and kin and burned their lands and killed off any trace of such ‘blue blooded’ American “royals” as contemptuous perpetrators against the American People and our justice system. (What a disgrace.)

(It’s a fact that 9/11 was caused and carried out by the Bush / Cheney Administration. Look it up: Rachel Maddow has a two part series documentary about it.)

It’s not ever “over the top” to discuss anything at all.

It’s not “over the top” to address any issue or matter of differences in opinion.

It’s not “over the top” for modern intelligent Americans not to debate once Americans use their imagination to discover the ugly truths about CIA torture and torturers of Bush Jr. / Cheney Administration.

How does the American public move forward now that an underestimated hyperbole of a bomb was dropped on their laps hence they learned about CIA detainee torture during Bush Jr. / Cheney Administration?

The ever so intelligent American public moves forward by holding constructive discussions and debate and argumentation about our everlasting ethical and moral standing laws prohibiting the CIA from ever possibly torturing any members of Congress or private Citizens and Civilians or any of the future Presidents of the United States for that matter.

What if the CIA went all coup d'état?

            What if?

            What then?

The military or armed forces or navy are legally by law bound to always and forevermore side with the American People thus hypothetically if the CIA went anymore insane than its already portrayed itself to be then if indeed the CIA went coup d'état then each destructive member of the CIA would be held and detained as a prisoner and it would only be right and just to treat any prisoner with respect.

The ever so intelligent American public moves forward by enforcing strong and robust and ethical and moral laws to be upheld by all especially any branch of the government and its officially voted in elected public officials and their appointees to any of the branches or subdivisions of governmental programs.

The ever so intelligent American public moves forward by not allowing the atrocities of injustice to get in the way of justice everywhere.

The ever so intelligent American public moves forward by forgiving their federal perpetrators and not walking in the footsteps of misguided leadership with corrupt ideals and notions about how to conduct professional protocol and sane humanitarian justice to treat humans with decency and high regard for their humanity and wellbeing especially when foreign captives are America’s government’s “prisoners of war.” (Corrections.)

The American public will get beyond this atrocity and move forward because we’re built with “thick skin” and critical analytical thinking skills to differentiate right from wrong.

The American public will get beyond this as we do.

*****

American government turned all, too, Fascist within the days following 9/11 due to the great excuse of domestic sabotage (9/11) yet all those horrific emotions were for nothing only to come to discover thirteen years later 9/11 was a planned Bush Jr. / Cheney conspiracy ambush attack carried out to maximum force.

Everything in life’s interconnected by canals of intricate systems of operation and communication.

Nothing much really stands alone in this day in age.

The intricate interwoven aspects about 9/11 is that such an atrocity and “crimes against humanity” came to be utilized for the benefit of the very few 1% ‘destined’ ‘blue blooded’ “royal” American families in power who decided to carry out such a sabotage attack (9/11) against their own American People to crown and reign themselves “supreme power” over the land with something called modern Fascism 2001-2014.

9/11 was a “cute” little one trick pony for which caused enormous and catastrophic and tragic outcome to the Constitutional Rights and Freedoms and Civil Liberties of the American People for which we stand.

9/11 was so “cute” a small penis trick “the ‘boys’” couldn’t help themselves but to whip out their penises and urinate on “prisoners of war” and detainees.

9/11 was the center nucleus and membrane of the brainchild operation of two barbaric savages who by chance are lucky to be alive today (Bush Jr. and Dick Cheney).

9/11 opened up an entire new “can of worms” for which our elected public officials (former president Bush Jr. and vice president Dick Cheney) insanely sauntered off into the sunset and their staff and government covert programs began to create and write secret code laws not to be shared openly with any of the American public yet supposedly and blindly the general public is to give up our Republic self governing rights over to a group of unintelligent drunk hooligans (former president Bush Jr.) who blew up the Twin Towers while they sat in the Oval Office and yanked on each other’s penises. (Pretty much.)

(What a disgrace to our American history and all those who died in battlefields for us to hold steadfastly tight to our Constitutional Rights.)

9/11 threw open the doors to private contractors without any experience in the methods or protocol of war.

9/11 set the pace and tone for America’s federal government to go chase some “wild goose chase” about some made up “weapons of mass destruction” which was all a lie. There weren’t and there aren’t any “weapons of mass destruction” anywhere to be found. (Corrections were made.)

9/11 was the main culprit for independent private contractors to collect big fat paychecks (80 million) as private contractors continued to service shoddy work (torture) to the U.S. government even though mostly “everyone” involved already knew what private contractors do is highly illegal and unethical to go to war in Iraq and Afghanistan when neither of those two countries had anything to do with 9/11. (Fact.)

9/11 created the department of Homeland Security who up to now does bestowed the general American public with airport sexual harassment headaches and invasive public procedures of spying and gathering intelligence against our American Citizen and Civilian population. (Fact.)

9/11 opened the flood gates for the National Security Agency to spy on our American civilian population by reading through all of our emails and listening in on all of our phone conversations. (Fact.)

9/11 is the greatest lie that ever was in this twenty first century and as Americans we went right along with the big lie since big lies are easier to believe than little lies like white lies.

Ask any German of about a certain age about the Holocaust and they’ll most likely tell you they “didn’t know ‘it’ was happening.”

            [No, I shan’t personally write about 9/11.]

*****

Most Germans of about a certain age who lived through WWII will tell you that the mutilation and the gas chambers and horrific Nazi science experiments “were kept secret and hidden” from the good German People “so how could they’ve known?”

The pathos and ethos of any united Country intrinsically knows when their neighbors are gathered and rounded like animals and driven away as prisoners while their neighbors’ businesses and properties were seized for the further advancement to fatten up Hitler’s wallet.

The pathos and ethos of any united Country intrinsically knows when their brainwashed youth rally against their caring and outspoken adult parents sent to concentration camps to die by the hand of their own children.

The pathos and ethos of any united Country intrinsically knows when an enforced curfew is set upon or against only certain sectors of population and not others by racially or religiously discriminating against Germany’s private Citizens and Civilians of a past era of spilled guts, gore and death and murder. (Corrections to the language.)

How could the collective pathos and ethos of any Country not know their good hardworking body of citizens and civilians weren’t being murdered by the hand of their supposed “elected” Fascist Dictator, Mr. Hitler, himself?

            Is ignorance really bliss? No.

Is ignorance an excuse to murder? No.

Does ignorance shield one from one’s responsibilities? No.

It’s not ever okay to murder in the name of ignorance.

            Ignorance isn’t a guiding force.

Ignorance’s a blinding force from the truth and facts.

*****

Former German Fascism and modern American judicial Fascism are very much alike minus the Holocaust, of course.

It’s our modern American judicial Fascism for which justifies stripping us naked in the cold and forces us to run in circles while our demoralized laws shiver in the open foggy afternoon air of winter as we aimlessly and unknowingly prepare for our metaphorical gas chamber death in which our Constitutional Rights and Civil Liberties lay dead at the bottom of dugout pits thrown in with other faceless Rights and Freedoms in mass graves.

It’s our modern American judicial Fascism for which justifies holding our Constitutional Rights and Civil Liberties captive by making metaphorical lampshades and soap from our stretched out skin.

It’s only our modern American Fascism for which justifies American women be stripped naked (literally) in front of scanning and other x-ray machines while airport security scan for the “prettier” women as Nazi men objectified their Jewish prisoners when the women ran naked in circles in the cold of German winters.

It’s only our modern American Fascism for which justifies for Americans to be rounded up like cattle and thrown into metaphorical boxcars and driven across country while we plea to be let out so that we might go to the bathroom as we witness other strangers and their death either due to metaphorical suffocation or hyperthermia.

These above metaphors are extreme anecdotal hyperboles to best describe our way “over the top” loss of our American Constitutional Rights and Civil Liberties ever since Bush Jr. and Dick Cheney bombed a crater at the center of our American heart we’ve not been the same.

Americans haven’t been the same ever since 9/11 because mass media makes it quite difficult to know what’s any fact and what’s made up misinformation or propaganda ever since our news outlets are run by special interest corporate groups hence news is no longer a viable public service or option simply and only a money monger.

Americans haven’t been the same ever since 9/11 because now we know the truth about how Bush Jr. and Dick Cheney blew up the Twin Towers then Americans no longer fear some lie about made up imminent threat of danger like religious extremist cave dwellers coming to blow up America.

Americans haven’t been the same ever since 9/11 because we matured much more.

Americans are no longer afraid of mostly hateful speech or rhetoric hence we’re no longer gullible or so naïve as to believe or think white men in government have the best interest at heart for our America the beautiful.

Americans are no longer afraid of the man behind the curtain.

Americans are no longer afraid of their own shadow.

Americans are no longer afraid of the lies and propaganda.

Americans see the truth more clearly now.

It took something as devastating as 9/11 for Americans to stop their fear of the unknown and deal more specifically with our domestic internal challenges and corrupt systems like the CIA or NSA or a highly dysfunctional lazy congress who lets corporate special interest groups gamble with America’s legislative bills and laws for the sake and purpose to absolve all corporations of any corruption or corporate ‘pink collar’ crimes yet since corporations are individuals then corporations, too, can go to jail.

Americans are no longer afraid of the truth because the truth doesn’t scare us however lies and propaganda do scare us because propaganda’s creepy and weirdo at the best of times thus Americans learned to “read between the lines.”

Americans are no longer afraid ever since this Tuesday when the “boogieman” was dragged from behind shadows and given a face in the form of former CIA Fascist Nazi Gestapo torturers (Bush Jr. and Cheney administration).

It’s not way “over the top” to make these vastly important comparisons in distinction so America’s CIA doesn’t repeat anymore of these god awful modern mistakes and dehumanizing strategies of modern torture as well as follow Nazi torture tactics of the recent past WWII Nazi party.

What is it about modern American Fascism which it ever so looks up to former German Fascism? (Absolute power.)

Yes, our Constitutional Rights and Civil Liberties were taken away in the name of some made up “boogieman” under our bed which didn’t exist, anyway, since 9/11 was all a figment of Bush Jr. and Dick Cheney’s imagination until they set fire to the Twin Towers.

Americans are no longer afraid of psychological games.

Americans are no longer afraid because fear takes, too, much time and energy. Americans rather bake homemade organic non-GMO breads or take nature hikes or watch wildlife unfold or read books.

Americans are no longer afraid of our modern Fascist corrupt governmental branches and subdivisions which ought to be held back with a switch and struck anytime such agencies desire to play torturer or ATM with our taxpayers’ backbreaking taxes.

Americans are no longer afraid of anything except fear itself.

Truly Yours;

Gabriel

The Obligations of Introduction.

Two persons who have been properly introduced have in future certain claims upon one another’s acquaintance which should be recognized unless there are sufficient reasons for overlooking them. Even in that case of good manners require for the formal bow of recognition upon meeting, which of itself encourages no familiarity. Only a very ill-bred person will meet another with a vacant stare.

Hello.

Central Intelligence Agency

Part I

Source from Wikipedia

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is one of the principal intelligence-gathering agencies of the United States federal government. The CIA's headquarters is in Langley, Virginia, a few miles west of Washington, D.C. Its employees operate from U.S. embassies and many other locations around the world. The only independent U.S. intelligence agency, it reports to the Director of National Intelligence.

The CIA has three traditional principal activities, which are gathering information about foreign governments, corporations, and individuals; analyzing that information, along with intelligence gathered by other U.S. intelligence agencies, in order to provide national security intelligence assessment to senior United States policymakers; and, upon the request of the President of the United States, carrying out or overseeing covert activities and some tactical operations by its own employees, by members of the U.S. military, or by other partners. It can, for example, exert foreign political influence through its tactical divisions, such as the Special Activities Division.

In 2013, the Washington Post reported that the CIA's share of the National Intelligence Program (NIP), a non-military component of the overall U.S. Intelligence Community Budget, has increased to 28% in 2013, exceeding the NIP funding received by military agencies the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the National Security Agency (NSA). The CIA has increasingly taken on offensive roles, including covert paramilitary operations. One of its largest divisions, the Information Operations Center (IOC), has shifted focus from counter-terrorism to offensive cyber-operations.

Several CIA activities have attracted criticism. They include nonconsensual human experiments, extraordinary rendition, enhanced interrogation techniques (torture), targeted killings, assassinations and the funding and training of militants who would go on to kill civilians and non-combatants.

            Dearest Global Citizens and Civilians;

            Good day to all.

            Wishing all excellent health.

Let’s skip extensive pleasantries or preliminaries.

Today let us address the rather adult conversation about bad morals and immoral ethical values and “crimes against humanity” in the symbol of a horizontal eight (representative for “infinity”) and not one. (Correction on the mathematics.)

(Horizontal eight symbol for “Infinity” is for “beyond”

while one stands alone

as most islands do

and humans aren’t

islands unto themselves.)

            “Absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

The value of corrupt ethics is absolute power.

The more power the more responsibility.

Governance is a type of “calm, cool and collected” and controlled and sophisticated smart and intelligent power for civic duty and good and not for personal gain or evil.

American private Citizens and Civilians vote into office public elected officials who implement the majority of the citizenry’s compiled and counted votes towards change or development or innovation or problem solving solutions or reformation or restructuring or reconstruction or anything else important brought forth by citizens and civilians to vote upon.

Both branches of governance in the “House” and “Senate” are actual buildings in which public elected officials hold office work hours or attend “floor sessions” to either “table” or debate and / or vote on certain potential or passable bills or not to be made into judicial policy and implemented by legal measures.

Congress is a general term for both branches of governance which happens to be the “House” and the “Senate” and such terms as the “House” and “Senate” come to mean public elected officials either attend the “House” or “Senate” committees and fully participate and finish out their elected terms with excellent attendance and participation in all sessions (unless sick or dead) also must sincerely and properly meet across the aisle to discuss various bipartisan ethical policies to pass in the form of legislative votes or not as well as learn general strong social skills to better lead especially those who are ever so sophisticated to “agree to disagree” and call it a day without shaming or belittling “secret allies” behind closed doors yet ruthlessly putting on a show for the cameras and crumbling the essence of adult mature communication and fair dialogue or debate.

The CIA answers to the American Congress.

The American Congress leads by a strong and qualified humane set of laws for which “rule this land” as well as humanitarian justice and human rights and equality for all.

When at any time the CIA or any other dysfunctional government program so much as impedes upon the rights of American People or “domestic prisoners” or “foreign detainees” or “captives” or “enslaved prisoners of war,” Congress has all the right in the land to ask any questions Congress so much as pleases henceforth any CIA leadership, representative or spokesperson or legal counsel will directly and as truthfully as possible answer any questions asked about anything at all of any individuals especially at any Congressional hearings while under oath since the CIA’s paychecks and retirement and pension plans and healthcare plans and equipment and boots and “outfits” and weapons are sponsored by the good American taxpayers and who does Congress answer to?

Congress answers to the American taxpayers.

*****

Factually, it’s been psychologically proven (2012-2014) torture tactics doesn’t ever work on “anyone” or “anybody.”

Factually, it’s been psychologically proven (2012-2014) friendliness and strong positive associations with “foreign detainees” or “prisoners of war” does indeed get “prisoners of war” to relax and more openly speak ever more so about personal experiences and topographical knowledge and intricate ranking relationships than the unjustified latter of torture techniques.

It’s more difficult to gain the trust and confidence of any “war prisoner” when they’re tortured or beaten.

It’s easier to gain the trust and confidence of any “war prisoner” when they’ve been fed three daily solid and decent and humane hot square meals and given clean water to drink as well as clean clothes and comparable facilities for which “prisoners of war” reside in the duration of their stay.

Its only unethical or morally corrupt men and women who justify the use of “torture tactics and devices” or violent or cruel “extreme measures” to gather further intelligence or poignant war information which might lead to factual situations and not made up “fairy tales” about non-existent “weapons of mass destruction” over in the Middle East someplace average Americans don’t seem to know where it’s on the map due to American geographical illiteracy.

When any group’s complex or “power hungry” dynamics divert in the wrong direction from their main core moral or ethical centre or values then such crude and vulgar “acts of violence” against tortured “prisoners of war” necessarily don’t make torture right when sheep have a tendency to wander off and run across bluffs why then must entire flocks jump to their collective death and blindly fall off the edge of cliffs.

What is it about an entire brainwashed collective group system for which continually makes the wrong choices and decisions about supposed justified practices of torture when the CIA answers to Congress who answers to the taxpayers?

What is it about any subdivision of the CIA justly defending the practices of torture?

Does anyone know how ridiculous the CIA sounds when the CIA defends the inhumane torture practices against any human life?

What kept the CIA from correcting itself and making mature adult humane decisions against torture practices?

Does this mean the CIA holds absolutely no accountable leadership with a moral compass to right wrongs?

What kept the CIA from correcting its unethical leniency towards torture and cruel psycho barbaric tactics?

What kept the CIA from being a leader?

What is it about torture and the CIA?

It would be nice if the CIA would’ve held enough moral imperative to question its own corrupt moralities and unethical practices of torture.

Are some of the CIA subdivisions another Gestapo or KGB? Yes.

How queer or “odd” it must seem to think about putting together a torture program through some division of the CIA.

To use such an excuse as “torture” practices as part of any justified laws is to hide behind corrupt laws not fit or suitable for modern governance or optimal intelligent humane performance.

*****

What it must be like to be any torturer?

It must be ten times more difficult to be the psyche of any torturer than the tortured.

The tortured always gets the option to be the “better person” and either chooses to forgive or not.

The torturer doesn’t have any other option other than to hope to the demons in all remote corners of Earth that such demons won’t come for the torturer, too, soon to imprison the torturer in their own personal private hell for all eternity.

To be any torturer one must forget all American scruples and academic lessons and moral principles taught to us at a very early and young age.

The indoctrination to hold all life sacred must first be brainwashed out of the torturer in order for the torturer to torture their captives.

What failure it must be for any tortured captive or “prisoner of war” to die under the awesome responsibility of the CIA?

One can’t imagine the collective brain degeneration it must take to sit around any room full of psychological dysfunctional minds filled with corrupt ideals or some form of deeply perverted sexualized notions of conquest and torture.

What must it take to strip nude another person and conduct reoccurring “body searches” hence the prisoner’s already been “body searched “as many as countless of times?

What must it take to allow for another human to sit in their feces and urine for hours at a time?

What must it take to allow for another human to almost get drowned countless of times through any diabolical torture tactic better known as “waterboarding?"

(“Waterboarding” sounds like a bunch of bored Californian surfer teens that come up with a new Ocean surf move.) Sick.

What it must be like to shackle any prisoner to a prison cell while only wearing a sweatshirt as he sat on a cold stone floor and slowly died from hyperthermia eventually froze to death under the care of his American CIA barbaric captors.

What it must be like to kick or punch or violet the genitals of any prisoner?

What it must be like to feel some urge or feeling or emotion to bring oneself to electrocute the genitals of our captives or prisoners?

What it must be like to sit around and come up with ways to make another’s living life an impossible hell while kept captive as “prisoners of war”?

(Torture isn’t justified in any way or shape of form or any manner otherwise.)

What it must be like to imprison any captive for one hundred or more days in solitary confinement without any stimulation or any reading materials or any human touch or decent food to stay mentally healthy and vitally strong.

What it must be like to be ever so brainwashed as to justify torture as a viable filthy political option?

What it must be like to hold a low I.Q. without questioning anything go along with coming up with ‘fun’ ideas to implement unimaginable pain to another human?

What it must’ve taken to be a modern CIA barbarian under the Bush and Cheney Administration?

*****

Finally, there’re concrete and justified healthy and humane laws and ways and approaches in which one addresses and interacts and communicates with “prisoners of war.”

            There’re laws to war.

No human or division of humankind may ever “in their right mind” justify any CIA torture program with any of the taxpayers’ money.

No human with their marbles intact will ever excuse their unethical or immoral misbehavior or unwarranted injustice of cruelty by hiding behind the skirt of “made up” laws that aren’t relevant laws to our land since the American public taxpayers still don’t know what most “Homeland Security” “secret” laws are and we don’t care because then “if can’t talk about” laws that don’t really exist “then it’s not real.”

The CIA must keep its mature composure and clear headed wits about itself or the CIA can be as easily disbanded as it was formed about fifty years ago.

The CIA has a clear and long history of unethical and immoral practices here and abroad and from here on forth the CIA will be managed by the law and not by private contractors’ unethical practices of torture or mercenaries.

The CIA seems to have declared itself an “independent” governmental program without any Congressional “checks and balances” thus the CIA made itself the “King of Spain” while the CIA continually makes gravely wrong decisions loosely based upon public “outcry” or internal ‘erectile’ dysfunction rather than complex intelligence or comprehensive problem solving ingenuity.

What’s most difficult to understand is why at no particular time, not one single agent at the CIA “blew the whistle” on such a corrupt and inhumane torturous tactics and subdivision department program implementing such ludicrous experiments like Nazis Gestapo.

What’s most difficult to understand is the low quality of thought process or lack of critical analysis or lack of constructive forethought at the CIA.

What’s most difficult to understand is why the CIA has no free thinking intellectuals who can and will put a stop to any stupidity.

From where the taxpayer sits it looks like the torture program of the CIA’s subdivision is run by a bunch of high school dropout burnouts with sexual fantasies and urges and desires to cum hard all over the faces of their tortured prisoners indefinitely held against their will while in captivity.

Did no one at any time think torture to be unethical or wrong?

Really, no one at the CIA questioned the insincerity of such a scandalously inhumane process as torture?

What’s wrong with the CIA’s internal affairs?

Does the CIA not hire any Ivy Leaguers?

What would it take to rebuild internal restructuring and reformation at the CIA?

The CIA won’t be brought to justice under the agreements of the 1864 Geneva Convention’s statures and legal ramifications because some attorneys say so.

Doesn’t anybody know how to use their words and say, “No!” to torture over there at the CIA?

            What a disgrace.

What a bunch of lawless madmen?

The CIA is like modern American television; Both have plenty of spirit and heart but no brains.

Both the CIA and modern American television are remarkably without any sexual reproductive organs or any cool factor for both to get to know the importance of how modestly our Nation’s changed ever since nine eleven which nine eleven factually was created by the Bush and Cheney Administration.

What creates the vast disconnect between taxpayers and the CIA or taxpayers and television?

What reinforces such an ignorant disconnect?

Lack of advanced degrees in education? Yes.

What is it that creates so much instability in both the CIA and American television? A lack of vision and purpose to educate and to keep safe.

What will it take to place television on a short leash?

What will it take to place the CIA on a short leash?

Both American subdivisions must go through humane reformation.

Truly Yours;

Second or Subsequent Meeting.

Upon one lady meeting another for the second time or subsequent times, the hand may be extended in supplement to the inclination of the head; but no lady should ever extend her hand to a gentleman, unless she is very intimate,---a bow at meeting and one at parting, is all that is necessary.

Hello.

Health and Age

2014-2015

Former and recent medical studies show that it’s best for one’s overall vital health to “eat less and exercise more” as one ages and gets older with each passing year. (No debate about it.)

The main reason why Americans must re-learn to eat healthy foods (fruits and vegetables) is so that no matter what income desperately there might be amongst Americans both Citizens and Civilians will unite under one common goal to save the lives of our dearest and truest American Citizens and Civilians while many struggle to lose pounds and keep the weight off for life.

The key goal’s to keep excess fat from ever accumulating on the body especially the mid drift or around the stomach area otherwise unimaginable medical complications begin to arise.

“Obesity” leads to all sorts of scary and desperate of physical ailments and health challenges possibly holding one back from fully enjoying one’s natural given birthright to a healthy lifestyle and living and life.

Much of our modern research shows “obesity” as a leading cause or contributor to all types of cancers, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, dementia, heart disease and heart attack.

(Bears, lions and tigers! Oh, my!)

One may sing their praises for not having to contend or deal with any of the diseases mentioned above or known to human kind.

Americans must make a commitment to their vitality and health going into January 2015 otherwise Americans die young are greatly missed by beloved ones and close and personal friends and community members and neighbors and colleagues.

To make the smallest change is nothing when the greatest outcome may develop from the smallest “fine tuning.”

One “fine tunes” their body in terms of “activity level” and moderate “daily nutritional intake.”

According to some research or other Americans are the “fattest” civilians on Earth. (Well, excuse us very much.)

According to some research or other Americans utilize something like 45% to 50% of the world’s resources (or up to 60% by now?) yet we’re only 5% to 8% of the world’s overall population. (True.)

According to some research or other Americans mostly lead “sedentary” lifestyles and sit too much. (True.)

*****

First of all, this is the year 2014 and almost half (50%) of modern American households with children are run by “single parents” who either hold one or two or three jobs to provide for their children and themselves most of the basic fundamental resources like nutrition, shelter and clothes to lead a semi healthy lifestyle without having to choose between rent or food which many “low income” and “poor” American families must decide each month to go with less while parents get by on one meal per daily consumption so that their children might have more food and not miss out on their youthful physical and mental developmental growth.

Second, “starvation mode” is when any American doesn’t get enough to eat so their bodies ‘cling’ to every bit of morsel Americans eat to replace the body’s nutritional deficiencies.

Third, “fast foods” or “white refined foods” (pastas or breads) or “food shelter foods” are mostly foods filled with empty calories which fills one’s belly yet such foods are stripped of their full nutritional value and nutrients and drives up “malnutrition” or “malnourishment” in the body yet making the body “obese” on “empty” calories opposed to “nutritionally full” calories like calories from 4 ounces of 92% lean grass fed and no antibiotics and no hormone meat is 170 calories per 4 ounces.

A general fast food hamburger is roughly 750 calories with small fries 200 calories and a large soda drink 300 calories equals 1,250 calories of fuel opposed to 1,250 calories of wholesome nuts, organic yogurts and cereals, organic non-GMO homemade breads, range free and no antibiotics and no hormone eggs, grass fed and no antibiotics and no hormone meats, organic or non organic fruits and vegetables.

Fourth, the body stores different calories differently as some compounds in fast foods attach to cells and store fat particles to change the overall chemistry of our genetic makeup.

Fifth, when any one considers the short and abundant history of “fast food” then one begins to piece together the drastic diabolical and cultural change in weight gain and serious deadly diseases amongst Americans and others around the globe.

Sixth, Americans must learn food moderation.

Seventh, Americans must learn to eat 50% less and save the rest for later.

Eighth, there’s something ever so spectacular about “leftovers” after the food sits and marinates and stews for a while.

Nine, Americans must not be afraid to eat good “saturated fats” and wonderful vegetable oils or real butter or cheese or honey or organic sugar cane ice cream in moderate quantities, of course.

Ten, a little bit of every type of food’s good for Americans with the exception of “dog” or “cat” or “rats” or “whales” or any other endangered Ocean wildlife species poached and plucked from the ocean’s belly.

Eleven, Americans must learn to measure “every” bit or morsel they place inside their mouths for the rest of their lives.

Twelve, Americans must learn to keep track of what they eat.

Thirteen, Americans must learn to be happy to have any food at all available upon their table compared to those around the world who’d give praise and thanks to the awesome accessibility for half of the amount of food Americans consume in one single calendar year.

Fourteen, Americans must not mindlessly consume calories.

Fifteen, Americans must learn to hold an intimate relationship to their food.

Sixteen, Americans must learn to chew or masticate their food at least 28 times per small or large bites of food.

Seventeen, if one isn’t able to properly chew their food 28 times per small or large bites of food then at least chew 10 times.

To chew one’s food at least 10 times per small or large bites of food is to make a lady or gentleman out of any human condition.

Eighteen, Americans must introduce ice cold water to their daily lives and to stay hydrated all year long for the rest of their lives.

Nineteen, Americans must learn to put time and energy into the research of all foods and scientific food preparation forevermore.

Twenty, Americans must learn to take the stairs or the long way around.

Twenty one, some of the most dangerous places for American women are parking lots thus parking far away is probably not the smartest thing to do for weight loss.

Twenty two, Americans must learn to manage cortisol (stress hormone) levels in the body and brain chemistry otherwise no matter how much one might exercise or count calories the stress will keep the body from losing any weight if not then steadily compounding uncontrollable weight gain due to continuous and chronic stress.

Twenty three, Americans must learn to eat when they’re hungry and not wait to eat later.

Twenty three and a half, Americans must learn to bring their own excellent well made and prepared homemade organic non-GMO foods as alternatives to all options not comparable or up to par with great lifestyle performance, endurance and stamina.

Twenty four, Americans must learn not to stuff themselves full like Thanksgiving turkey birds.

Twenty five, Americans must learn to “eat less and exercise more.”

*****

The body is a temple.

The body is a garden.

What do temples and gardens have in common?

The one aspect temples and gardens have in common their need to be “cared for” throughout the passage of time so that neither temples nor gardens disappear off of the face of this good Earth.

Trust hard work will get us there.

One sacred aspect of life one doesn’t ever give up is the will and the ability and talent to make decisions for the self.

“No one” or “another” ever “makes” or “forces” “anyone” to do “anything” unethical of any type for which one objects to without any individuals’ consent.

One makes one’s own personal individual decisions about one’s own personal health no matter what “anybody” or “anyone” may think they have a say in the matter about “anybody” else’s health. (No. Wrong.)

One’s body weight is one’s own personal business.

What one chooses and decides to share or do with one’s body weight is one’s own business and not any doctor or personal body trainer or fitness trainer or personal chef or lady at the bus stop or parents or family members or anyone else “for that matter may ever bring up or speak about the body weight of another since it’s definitely considered the lowest form of déclassé rude behavior there is to insult the body and shape of one of many beautiful Gods’ creatures.

One may ask questions, however one may not make rude remarks or criticisms about other humans’ bodies otherwise that creepy human’s a cockroach without brains ready to destroy the world.

            “Obese” humans aren’t “ugly.” No.

“Obese” humans are to be respected. Yes.

“Obese” humans are mostly people who either have difficult diseases with which humans contend with on a daily basis or nutritional imbalance or healthy lifestyle ignorance or inaccessibility to safe areas or parks or streets to exercise any time of day or night or a fair market value share in the rise of consumer spending to utilize consumers’ united voice in the purpose to advance American civilization so that all Americans might someday feel free to exercise and walk and bike and run in any green space or walk / bike designated areas or national and state parks or rest areas without harm befalling any American or tourist persons or bodies.

One of the main top ten reasons why “low-income” and “poor” American citizens and civilians neither go very far from home or walk their neighborhoods or leave their apartments or homes is due to Americans’ warped idealism about the world as an unsafe place when factually the world’s not ever been this peaceful or safe as of today’s date. (Mark it on the calendar.)

The point to the above two paragraphs is this:

American “urban” streets aren’t necessarily always “safe” from street crime or gun violence or mentally ill or aggressive beggars or prostitution or pimps or, or, or...

American streets and architecture could be divinely built with beautiful adorning solid structured buildings strong enough to withstand one hundred years of ‘wear and tear,’ however.

In today’s economy, America hasn’t really built any new important or note worthy infrastructure since about (roughly estimating) 1936 and stopped there.

American bridges were mostly built in the 1930’s.

Today America’s modern architecture is mainly built for cheap, and fast convenient and quickly erected and torn down edifices.

There’s something about modern stone or steel edifices which spell out maturity, sit down, relax and “stay a while” and make some deep roots when magnificent modern structures and buildings are environmentally friendly well built and also robust like any man’s man defined jaw line then a wide range in smart demographics and talented populations and intelligence and independence will want to linger around the local cafes and restaurants or hold sophisticated long term careers in any environment supportive of a wide variance in professional skill set and responsible creativity among workers willing to self manage their time and schedules as see fit and not ever be micromanaged hence adults do get their work done otherwise it wouldn’t be called “work”.

            The point is this:

Architecture sets a distinctive tone for modern civilization to presently dream and contemplate and think and contribute to modern society in any whichever way modern Citizens and Civilians ever can beautify the nucleus of any cultural heart.

As any strong and progressive modern American culture we must turn our backs on the stereotype of “ugly American.”

Americans are neither “ugly” nor “fat.”

            Americans can be healthy.

All any American can ever ask other International Brothers and Sisters is for them to please ‘take a step back’ and give Americans some room to breathe after twelve year’s war.

Americans were “dragged through the mud.”

Americans, too, share great private loss.

Americans wouldn’t stop and ever tell “anybody” in particular “anything” about the great loss of two consecutive economic recessions otherwise babes would cry in their mothers’ arms at what took place here since nine eleven…

What the world must understand is this:

Americans lost everything in the stock market.

“Everybody” ‘on the ground’ lost “everything” in two consecutive economic recessions of crashed stocks.

It’ll take a little bit of time for the average American Citizen and Civilian to recover from such a devastating governmental and corporate and special interest group and corrupt judges bought for by “Citizens United’s” blow which struck the American people right across the face while Americans continue to support their little children and teens and young adult children without much immediate prospects for adult mature professional managerial work ever since almost every American factory became “outsourced” and wages froze at the market value rate of 1952 middle income earnings yet inflation “shot through the roof” and archaic and dusty economic concepts and ideas about “trickledown economics” still rings ignorantly true across the land for those who don’t know any better than to lie to the average American about “fairy tale” economics, too, weird for anything moderately logically modern or smart chic or reasonably cool calm intelligence under fire.

Americans put up with “frozen” 1952 income wage earnings and work right through holidays without healthcare benefits or holiday pay or time and a half pay for holiday and / or overworked hours over forty hours per week (which is more than enough hours to work in any given week.)

Americans can and will manage stress in the decade to come so that we may live long and happy lives.

            The final point:

Give Americans a reason to live for beauty and facts and science and mathematics and literature and historical significance and slower pace of life and provide more paid vacation days and paid sick days off and paid child and doggie daycare and excellent architecture and poetry and music and lyric and song and dance and delicious healthy vegan foods to thrive in life and Americans will naturally stand up for their life given right to good health in a time and era of advanced technology and medicine.

Americans could be a sophisticated bunch.

Americans aren’t held back by any old dusty conventional class system or caste system other than deadly “racial divides” and since race has nothing to do with “money” or “health” or “societal” and “cultural” advancement by those who read and study and research and contribute to personal great and excellent health is indeed the greatest contribution to keep healthcare costs down for every citizen and civilian by reforming Americans to think about health in a new and different manner to instill “preventative medicine” in Americans’ daily lives rather than spend millions of dollars on airport security in which women are subject to sexual harassment by airport guards who look at the women “in the nude” while scanning women at airport gates with modern tech devices.

All that any Private Citizen or Civilian of any great Nation ever has to do is to conduct great and excellent healthy modes of communication and lifestyle choices and decisions about staying fit and healthy in mind, spirit and body.

What keeps the American government from building more stone sculptures and massive gardens for our citizenry? Nothing.

America’s military complex gives away “military tanks” to our police departments since private contractors and tank manufacturers made one, too, many bloody war tanks and must now deal with a surplus of tanks collecting dust in some massive storage facility.

Lucky are those citizens who on a daily basis get to experience great architecture close up and personal. (It’s not quite like that in America.)

America’s full of strip malls and dangerous open parking lots.

Our Nation must once again get inspired by beauty and innovation and change and hang on to solid steadfast engineering and innovative mathematical and scientific advancements in all fields.

At home we must first begin this inspirational change within our deepest intrinsic selves and commit to change and to the everlasting strong undercurrent tides of time as we enter an entirely new healthy and modern era after we recuperate from two consecutive economic recessions and disastrous economic calamities with unfathomable outcomes for average Americans while CEO’s and Wall Street types gave themselves millions of dollars in bonuses.

            We can do it Americans.

We can lose weight even if it means standing in front of our television sets during every single stinking muted commercial break of 2015.

We can lose weight even if it means start thinking about one or two or three or four or five foods each American will give up in the year 2015 along with all table “white” and “brown” sugar.

Americans will lose at least fifteen pounds by December 2015.

Americans will keep off those fifteen pounds in 2016.

Americans won’t be afraid to walk down the street for exercise, however, Americans will be ever so cautious of their surroundings.

Americans shan’t be afraid to lose anything in the stock market ever since we already did, twice.

So Americans will let go of our collective fear of loss since we faced those strong winds head on and survived and made it here today and now we must pick up ourselves and begin to thrive and get back to “kicking some ass” and being cool and dropping pounds and keeping the weight off for the sake of our health and longevity.

            America the beautiful.

Truly Yours;

Gabriel

Hello.

Vegan-“ish”

Source from Wikipedia

Veganism /ˈviːɡənɪzəm/ is the practice of abstaining from the use of animal products, particularly in diet, as well as following an associated philosophy that rejects the commodity status of sentient animals. A follower of veganism is known as a vegan.

Distinctions are sometimes made between different categories of veganism. Dietary vegans (or strict vegetarians) refrain from consuming animal products, not only meat but, in contrast to ovo-lacto vegetarians, also eggs, dairy products and other animal-derived substances. The term ethical vegan is often applied to those who not only follow a vegan diet, but extend the vegan philosophy into other areas of their lives, and oppose the use of animals and animal products for any purpose. Another term used is environmental veganism, which refers to the avoidance of animal products on the premise that the harvesting or industrial farming of animals is environmentally damaging and unsustainable.

The term vegan was coined in 1944 by Donald Watson when he co-founded the Vegan Society in England, at first to mean "non-dairy vegetarian" and later to refer to "the doctrine that man should live without exploiting animals." Interest in veganism increased in the 2000s; vegan food became increasingly available in supermarkets and restaurants in many countries.

Vegan diets tend to be higher in dietary fibre, magnesium, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, and iron and photochemical, and lower in calories, saturated fat, cholesterol, long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, calcium, zinc and vitamin B12. Well-planned vegan diets can reduce the risk of heart disease, and are regarded as appropriate for all stages of the life-cycle by the American Dietetic Association, the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council, and Dietitians of Canada. Because uncontaminated plant foods do not provide vitamin B12 (which is produced by microorganisms such as bacteria), researchers agree that vegans should eat B12-fortified foods or take a supplement.

---  ---  ---

No, we’re not “vegans” by any stretch of the imagination.

Yes, I love the concept of an “environmental vegan.”

Yes, I’d love to be a “vegan,” alas. (Sigh.)

No, most likely we shan’t become “vegan.”

No, we’re not “vegan” yet due to the latest blood work my cholesterol’s shot up to 298 and that’s “high” cholesterol thus I’m working very hard to bring down my “high” cholesterol to at least 200 or below by getting back to my former doctor’s “ideal” weight of 138 pounds by the end of April 2015 so that I might extend my lifespan and prolong possible heart disease or potential heart attack contributing to an early mortality rate.

According to modern studies (2013-2014) and such studies’ findings about food in general is that food’s absolutely nothing to do with “high” cholesterol. (Okay.)

Fatty foods and “high” cholesterol’s a myth for any modern citizens and civilians to think or believe that “high” cholesterol’s caused by fatty foods, although with that said one must eat moderately proportioned healthy foods like fruits and vegetables instead of fried lard only foods.

No, we’re not “vegan” yet the most difficult domestic aspect to one’s culinary life might be to cut out all “butter” and “cheese” and “honey” and “organic sugar cane ice cream” from one’s daily nutritional intake.

(Oh, my Gods!

It’s not a big deal to cut out all “butter” and “honey” and “organic sugar cane ice cream” from one’s daily nutritional intake but to cut out cheese!

Give me a break!

To cut out all cheese is almost physically painful thus I don’t go anywhere near cheese where I might smell cheese and ravish in cheese aromas.) [Ravish (overwhelmed by emotion).]

As of last weekend I’ve begun to order hamburgers with nothing but the beef and the bun and that’s that so that I might indulge in whatever fast foods or restaurant foods we most likely will order and “pick up” and bring home on weekends.

Since we don’t have to cook then we don’t cook anything while we’re both home and relaxing and not doing any work of any type because all we do is work long days and weeks and months and years and decades towards retirement…

No, we’re not “vegan” yet we’ve cut out all “lard” from our cooking process as well as “butter” and “cheese” and “organic sugar cane ice cream” for dessert and “honey.” (Wow!)

Not ever did I think I’d be this strong as to cut out six major aspects of food which are my favorites such as “lard” and “butter” and “cheese” and “honey.” (Gods give me strength.)

To cut out “lard” and “butter” and “cheese” and “honey” must not seem like any big deal to implement such discipline into our healthy nutritional lifestyle, however.

If one’s not ever so much as cut out “lard” or “butter” or “cheese” or “honey” for two whole straight weeks from one’s daily nutritional intake then one doesn’t know or realize or understand the difficulties to achieve such a wholesome goal.

No, we’re not “vegan” however we consume as much bamboo and plant matter and alternative biodegradable byproducts as much as possible such as clothes and lip balm and soaps.

No, we’re not “vegan” yet we do everything in our power to consume as little animal byproducts as possible because we’re mindfully aware of every “animal” or “plant” or “plastic” product which makes its way into our home.

In our home we’re against deforestation and the cruelty of all animals because to consider, and use, animals as any commodities is to be thoughtless and cruel about the futuristic mass undertaking of our entire ecological world to be guarded and protected by the stewards of the Earth such as ourselves.

*****

One of the foods which we shan’t give up is “yogurt” because yogurt’s strong properties and high quality vitally is important for the daily reproduction of good stomach bacteria and strong and revitalizing continuous health.

For the past two weeks, daily with our morning breakfast we consume ¼ cup of USDA organic, Non-GMO verified and “Seven Stars Farm” Organic Yogurt with Acidophilus & Bifidus (original plain). (1 cup 170 calories)

“Seven Stars Farm” Organic Yogurt with Acidophilus & Bifidus tastes exactly like high quality cheese.

“Seven Stars Farm” Organic Yogurt with Acidophilus & Bifidus is some of the best yogurt we’ve ever tasted and most likely we’re not going back to anything else other than any yogurt with the same type of “high” quality of taste and consistency and care and rich ingredients.

This “Seven Stars Farm” Organic Yogurt with Acidophilus& Bifidus barely has any fat in the yogurt yet tastes rich like the cheese in broccoli soup. (Thank you.)

(My mouth waters right now thinking and dreaming about tomorrow’s breakfast.)

At Thanksgiving I treated myself to USDA organic pasture raised “Organic Valley” eggnog without antibiotics or synthetic hormones or toxic pesticides or GMOs, (Ultra Pasteurized).

Yes, mainly throughout the year I’ll do my best to lead a life without any “lard” or “butter” or “cheese” or “honey” or “organic sugar cane ice cream” for dessert, however.

When it comes to holidays and birthdays then we look forward to indulging in rich and wonderful foods such as this “Organic Valley” eggnog because it was some of the best eggnog I’ve ever tasted.

(Eric generally doesn’t like or drinks any eggnog.)

As of February 2014 I cut out all organic blue corn chips or organic cheese puffs from my healthy daily nutritional intake, however.

As of the past three weeks I’ve been craving crackers thus we found the following: “Almond Nut-Thins” “Blue Diamond Almonds” “Nut and Rice Cracker Snacks” made with real almonds, No Wheat or Gluten, 130 calories for 16 crackers, Certified Gluten-Free.

These petite little crackers sure are light and tasty and delicious and we’ll see what they do to my waistline, however.

Thus far nothing much.

As of February 2014, we began to drink “Sierra Nevada” beer, however. We barely drink anymore than one drink per daily consumption.

As of last night, I just found out one single beer of “Sierra Nevada” beer is as much as 300 some calories per bottle. (Wow!)

300 calories is an entire meal or snack.

Since organic beer and liquor and wines are full of calories I’ve quit drinking all together throughout the weekdays (and only drink one or two drinks over the weekends) and see what any of these changes does to my waistline.

Personally, I don’t much care for anything with alcohol because I don’t like the taste of alcohol. I much prefer the taste of chocolate.

If alcohol tasted like chocolate then I’d be in danger hence thankfully alcohol’s taste holds a somewhat weird aftertaste which doesn’t much matter what the market comes out with because alcohol holds a strong and ever so pungent aftertaste to it and for those of us who are somewhat (not really, not totally) “sensitive” to alcohol and it’s smells and tastes we stay as far away from alcohol consumption as possible because it’s easy not to drink or get drunk when one doesn’t much prefer the taste of alcohol or beer or wine.

Champaign’s my favorite yet Champaign’s loaded with calories thus I must keep the Champaign to a minimum for the sake of my health.

For Eric’s birthday this year (November 15, 2014) some of our dearest and closest friends gave Eric a Minnesota brewed “trial” six pack of beer and one of my favorite beers now happens to be from “Bent Paddle Brewing Company” “14 degrees ESB.”

I said to Eric, “this beer tastes like summer love in a can.”

No, I don’t like beer, however, I fell in love with this beer because it’s well made and delicious for someone who can’t stand the taste of beer or wine or liquor I think this is some of the tastiest of beers I’ve ever had aside from some independent blackberry or raspberry or orange ales tasted more like fruit then like beer.

However, we haven’t been able to find this specific beer in about one month. We’re keeping our eyes peeled for it.

As for the “Organically Grown / Fairly Traded” 60% cocoa “Alter Ego” Dark Twist Organic Chocolate, it was far, too, sweet for my taste buds thus I gave up that specific chocolate, even, though, personally, I think it’s one of the best chocolates I’ve tried within the past two decades locally or abroad.

Honorably, I love and stand by this specific chocolate product however I must not consume any less than 72% cacao as part of my daily nutritional intake otherwise the antioxidant properties will go to waste because mostly chocolate made any less than 72% cacao is mostly made with added sugar calories because less than 72% cacao means more added sugars to sweeten up the cacao.

As for the 72% cacao “USDA Organic” and “non-GMO verified” and “Rainforest Alliance Certified” (cacao sourced from Ecuador) “Simply Balanced” cacao dark chocolate” I gave it up because even though this product met all of my specifications and requirements this chocolate held an indescribable aftertaste that I didn’t. Rather bland or some type of “coating” in the aftertaste coating and texture like the top stiffened and hardened layer of lard when first taken out of the refrigerator to heat up over the stove.

(I tried the product three different times from three different chocolate bars and I didn’t like the chocolate aftertaste any of the times I tried it. I’ll try three more times in 2015 and decide what I truly think then I’ll lend my opinion because I could’ve had off days.) I wish I could like this product, however, I didn’t. (Maybe, it’s me. Possibly I had a cold in the month of October 2014.)

(Thank you for trying so hard to make this thoughtful product and bring it all the way to Minnesota.)

*****

When we do purchase or consume any type of meat or eggs then we purchase grass fed no-antibiotics and no-hormone meats or eggs because our health is worth the purchase.

We like high quality foods and products because the value is worth the taste.

As difficult as the challenge was to change from “honey” to “agave” syrup (amazing) I shan’t go back to honey because honey has a lot of natural sweetness and calories also honey’s an animal byproduct.

For close to twenty some years I’ve wanted to go “Straight Edge” which happens to be a person who’s vegan and doesn’t do any drugs or drinks any alcohol or wears any animal byproducts purchases anything animal made or consumed, however.

It’s the darn eggs and meat that’ll keep me from making that cross over into an entirely filled vegan lifestyle not to mention that I’d have to compile extensive nutritional research to ensure that I stay healthy and don’t cause any malnutrition out of ignorance.

Throughout the year 2015, I’ll do my best to cut out most if not all other animal byproducts from my life except for the no-hormone and no-antibiotic eggs and meats because I badly need the protein.

As of last week I discovered that for eight straight years I miscalculated daily calorie nutritional intake by as much or as little as 400 calories.

When I used to consume 2,200 calories per daily nutritional consumption I was hungry and felt starved all the time.

Well, now that I straightened out my calculations to 1,800 daily calories I’m “unofficially” officially starved. I’m hungry all the time and all I can think about is food, and when do I get to eat next. I’m waiting and giving my stomach time to shrink.

Now, I’m back on course with my former doctor’s “ideal” body weight of 138 pounds by the end of April 2015 when I see the endocrinologist again for more further blood work to see about my 298 “high” cholesterol which I’m doing everything in our power to bring down.

We no longer consume “white” or “brown” table sugar or “sugar syrups” or “sugar soda” (ever since February 2014 -- throughout our lives we hardly ever drink soda) except on holidays and birthdays otherwise the rest of our healthy lifestyle nutritional intake is mainly left up to exceptionally healthy and delicious foods with the exception of this weekend’s Christmas eight course meal we’re about to embark on. (We’ll go nice and easy.)

Supposedly, since the average American on average “gains” ten pounds from Halloween to New Year’s then this Holiday season my only goal would be to keep off the fifteen pounds I dropped as of February 2014 because that’s a lot of weight I don’t want to have to take off again.

Yes, I stopped my daily outdoor 20-30 minute walks as of mid-November 2014 because the cold’s become excruciatingly uncomfortable to me thus I climb our house stairs on a daily basis about 30 times per day and exert as much as 250 calories on light housework per one daily hour so that I don’t “pack on” the pounds this winter 2014-2015 while I sit most days at my laptop in my private study.

On the hour, every hour, I stand for 15 minutes before I sit back down because sitting all the time is the equivalent of smoking cigarettes.

Yes, in 2009, we gave up on granola (forevermore).

Even though we walked four daily miles for years we couldn’t take off the weight and it’s because at that time we discovered 1 cup of granola was as much as 800 to 1,000 calories.

We almost fell over to make such a discovery no matter what any healthy advertisers still rave about granola.

Plus we used to consume yogurt along with one banana and a whopping 1,000 calories of granola.

Yes, in 2009, we also gave up on “healthy” power bar snacks or hiking “trail mix” or anything to do with “hiking food” or “camping out foods.”

Normally such fattening foods are loaded with calories to help extreme sports athletes climb Mount Everest or “heli board” down the side of Mount Hood or bike across any country or walk across any state to raise awareness for any ethical cause.

“Power bars” aren’t for those of us who tend to sit more often than we should at desk jobs.

“Power bars contain as much or as little as 800-1,000 calories which can only mean that either one’s in training for a triathlon or a marathon to consume so many loaded calories when the most one’s to do within the hour is take a fifteen minute stand up break and drink water or so much as walk for 30 minutes a day.

            “Knowledge is power.”

Mostly, I keep a balance even though my health’s been off balance most of 2014.

            Good health’s fulltime work.

Truly Yours;

Gabriel

Saluting And Shaking Hands.

The habit of saluting and shaking hands is now quite obsolete, except in some country towns where ladies at first introductions salute other ladies by kissing them on the cheek, and fervently shake the hands of the gentlemen.

Introduction By Relatives.

As a general rule, ladies may always at once accord to any offers of introduction that may proceed from a father, mother, husband, sister or brother: those from intimate cousins and tried friends are also to be considered favorably, although not to be entitled to the same implicit reliance as the former.

Formally it was the habit for the ladies to curtsey on being introduced, but this latterly been changed into the more easy and graceful custom of bowing.

(Corrections were made.)

Oh, Ferguson.

Oh, Manhattan.

Hello.

Jim Crow Law.

There’re Laws About Murder.

It’s all so odd when one stops to consider “anything” at all about historical and modern racism in America.

Personally, I very much dislike discussing “racism.”

“American racism” as a general topic of discussion is fine.

To place “American racism” as a subject matter or topic of discussion at the center of the table to discuss or debate the many imperative complex outcomes is fine.

“Anybody” or “anyone” may speak as they please (see fit) about anything at all because “American racism” as a subject matter happens to be an “astute” and “upright standing” subject matter as any other subject matter ever is to directly address otherwise our beautiful American black male children and youth and teens and adults do in fact get killed and murdered upon the streets of America by our brutally violent “Serve and Protect” ‘logo’ police Gestapo unwarranted as well as unlawfully “militarized” mock civilian “armed forces” attire of 2014.

The last time American Citizens and Civilians looked around, our national police departments across this great nation of ours agreed to abide by the American Constitution and the Bill of Rights as well as Civil Liberties and Freedoms Of The People, By The People, For The People.

The last time American Citizens and Civilians looked around, our national police departments across this great nation of ours agreed to not murder or commit homicide or mass killings or mass murders per civilian capita population.

Modern American police department “anarchists” who pretend to be FBI swat team members and police men and women who do in fact point riffles at innocent bystanders or private citizens and civilians who peacefully demonstrate such demonstrators aren’t “target practice” or “Afghanistan” or “Iraq” or some crappy violent “video game.” No.

American peaceful civil rights demonstrators are people who possibly place their lives in great danger or “on the line” to bring about national or international awareness to Utmost vital and necessary overall justified and fair change for this specific time in Era (every three to five decades is considered an “Era”).

It’s only through the great and awesome power of the local memorandum vote that police departments are granted or warranted any ability to place street cameras anywhere in any city or town.

It’s only through the great and awesome power of the local memorandum vote that police departments are granted or warranted any ability to make any specific miniscule changes to “anything” civilian related otherwise police departments or to any practices in which police officers find ways to cope with high stress situations or while under duress or pressure as to how to best relate to any strangers and other innocent bystanders, victims, attorneys, judges, family members of victims or the accused and other police department members from the same precinct, as well as, to learn how to gauge stress as well as “real” or “imagined” threats or danger by fine tuning police officers’ sensibilities with Eastern philosophy and Tai Chi breathing exercises and intrinsic methods to learn how to resist fights and how to consistently keep a balanced Chi about one’s ego and body and essence and thoughts so that one might not get caught up with prostitutes or kiddy porn or arresting the wrong suspects or murdering in cold blood any innocent bystander who happens to be black and walking down any American street.

(Why not? Change’s good. Change’s what keeps humans sane especially when many all other outcomes haven’t equally worked.)

Not without the permission of The People may any police department make “outfit” changes or weaponry changes or judicial street changes to our Nation’s topography which cities and towns hold legal jurisdiction over any police department at any given time or place.

American police departments don’t get to so much as sneeze or breathe or make any sudden moves or noise or pass any type of bowel movement without the memorandum vote of The People.

American police departments hold absolutely no legal say or power over any societal or cultural change The American People chose for themselves.

Not at any given time may any police department impede The American People’s decisions and vote.

When The People wish to change anything at all about unlawful brutally violent police practices then the justified and smart American People will and do indeed change society through a united and distinctive ballot’s voice.

American Citizens and Civilians hold most of the power.

In fact private citizens and civilians may arrest police officers as well as citizens and civilians may ask any military force to lay down their arms or weapons against any peaceful demonstrating Citizens or Civilians.

When it comes time for the real army or “actual” militarized armed forces to choose between police vs. Citizens and Civilians then the real “army” or “military” or “war armed forces” must abide by The People and side with The People and only with The People time-and-time again because it’s the law for the army to abide by The People, no matter what any Gestapo internet “Peeping Tom” Homeland Security nark has to say about their tremendous “delusions of grandeur” to justify citizen and civilian spying programs to private contractors as “job creation” or to puff up Homeland Security’s chest and drum on their collected ego of domestic homeland espionage.

By law, American police departments across this great Nation of ours may not ever, so much as “take the law upon their own hands.”

By law, American police departments across this great Nation of ours may not ever, so much as implement any illegal or unethical or brutally violent means or drastic measures or murder to illegally “set in place” “anarchist” changes without the united consent and democratic memorandum vote of The People.

By law, police departments across this great Nation of ours may not ever, so much as ‘dress themselves up’ like cartoon animated mock civilian F.B.I. swat team member characters while police look “silly” and “unimportant” as police men and women, when such police officers directly and specifically point their riffles or weapons at innocent American bystanders and peaceful demonstrators yet police men and women don’t actually know how to properly hold their riffles or serious weapons while and during and amongst the peacefully ever unfolding modern civil rights movement of today against the ideology in the police murder of black male children, youth and teens and adults.

By law, the police departments across this great Nation of ours may not ever, so much as make it police departments’ anarchistic right to “armor” men and women “Of The Uniform” as “Enemies of The State” or “Menaces to Society.”

What more is there to be said about racism in America?

There’s a lot more to be said about racism in America.

Still yet, there isn’t much more to be said about racism in America because racism in America is all too prevalent as a culture of dehumanization and brutal physical violent liability and police violent acts of crime against private Citizens and Civilians by police departments across this great nation of our for which we call America and for which we stand.

*****

Jim Crow law was an effective nasty little law (October 29, 1877) that kept “Black” Americans or “African Americans” or “blacks” from respectfully and lawfully getting served at diners and restaurants and hotels and public business establishments all across the South in the years 1877 to 1954.

Jim Crow law didn’t only mean segregation for “blacks” and “whites” and that each color race couldn’t frequent the same bathroom or eat at the same lunch counter. No.

Jim Crow law meant, any “Black” Americans or “African Americans” or “blacks” who got caught after curfew or in the wrong part of town or speaking with the opposite racial sex gave an unspoken signal as “license to kill” any man or woman who so much dared cross the racial divide or go up against a most heinous and offensive Jim Crow law ever known to men and women.

When one thinks about the end of American segregation then segregation wasn’t that long ago.

The year 1954 was exactly sixty years ago and that wasn’t very long ago when the emancipation proclamation was signed by former President Abraham Lincoln on January 1, 1863.

Most of our American racial historical context is one of “animosity” or “hatred” or “extreme biases” and “brutal violent practices” against “Blacks” and other minorities thus it’s amazing the significant strides Americans have made in such a short period of time since 1964. (Please don’t lose sight of progress.)

When one stops to consider the magnificence of domestic justice and change and racial fairness and peace then one realizes how much power citizens and civilians do impact the outcome of decision making at this present time as America deals and begins to heal from about three hundred and ninety five (395) years of slavery and racial economic depression and social justice changes.

The 1600’s are more or less the start of “America the Beautiful.”

For some strange reason ever since the beginning America’s held steadfast to some warped “entitlement” or “privileged” position about either “real” physically bound “ball and chain” slaves to literally have humans traded or sold and bought by highest bidders or as with the “real” case with modern “wage slaves” who must feed off of “the American government system” because such workers’ employers refuse to pay their employees “fair modern American wages” thus our fulltime minimum workers go without resources or food or are “food insecure”.

American slavery seems to be an intrinsic concrete concept and such a concept early on befell the United States of America to believe and think itself supreme power or entitled to the ownership of humans thus is our American history we’ll overcome and change.

*****

Murder is to kill, “slay,” “assassinate,” “execute,” “put to death,” “slaughter,” “massacre,” “bump off,” “waste” or “snuff.”

Believe it or not, there’re rules and laws by which one may commit murder against or upon another human life or entity and such degree of crime is what differentiates the punishment of such a gruesome act against another or others’ lives.

Such particular rules and laws dictate the severity in which the punishable offense for the crimes done and punishment sentenced and served.

Personally, as a “laymen” private citizen and civilians there’re legal rules and codes by which we’re bound as rational and reasonable and logical thinking human adults rather than be considered barbaric killers and murders without developed thought or cognition.

Personally, I think “gang-murder” insane to have five to seven mostly white male police officers on top of one black civilian only because any black human’s demeanor or skin color is all too threatening to the police.

Personally, I find it psychologically odd to see and watch five to seven white “power hungry” and aggressive and scared and fearsome and confused and loathsome police officers take down one single individual black man and bring him to death in the streets of America.

Personally, what’s so odd about seeing or watching five to seven white “power hungry” and aggressive and scared and ruthless and confused and loathsome police officers take down one single individual black man is that I swear to God there seems to be some overly sexualized innuendo or nuance to suffocate a defenseless black man to death while he pleaded for his life and no one stopped to listen to a dying man’s pleas because the police officers involved were all intoxicated with the aroma wafting perfume coming off of their sweat glands and egos and “donkey rear ends” (meant more as a Shakespearean literary reference).

What’s ever so queer or “odd” is that at no particular point while this heinous crime of murder took place did any of the five to seven or more mostly white male police officers stop to think about or consider the remarks of one single black dying man while held down with his face hard pressed to the pavement as the black man begged for his life to please be granted the freedom to breathe as he choked to death by some white American psycho killer cops with “God complexes” and no education and archaic Jim Crow law idealisms about our modern world.

What if that black man held down to the ground had been a white man pleading for his life, what then? Nothing.

Black lives don’t matter in America.

However, black lives must begin to matter in America.

Personally, what’s so odd about five to seven scared and cowardly and ruthless mostly white men hold down one private black male civilian brutally against the ground is such an image which seemed like the audience watched some porn full of mostly white men whose cum went all over each others’ faces while united they stole a human life.

What must it be like to collectively murder one person in cold blood in broad daylight on a “midnight summer’s day” and get away with murder by a court’s decision?

Personally, what’s so odd about six or seven scared and cowardly and ruthless mostly white men who factually held down one private black civilian is, that, one can sense and feel the deprived urgency to control civilians because “insane” and “reckless” and “power hungry” police officers whole heartedly seem to believe that “His Majesty” died (as a general expression) and made police officers the King of Spain.

What’s wrong with our American police system?

What’s it about our American police departments which refuse to bring their police officers’ into the twenty first century because police officers are no longer slave hunters or catchers.

The murder of Eric Garner shan’t be forgotten much less the court’s decision to allow for our judicial justice system to trade and sell and purchase American modern slaves.

What’s it about my heart of hearts wishes to be convinced Eric Garner’s murder was a grave mistake except from viewing the video of Mr. Garner’s murder and the video footage seemed as though some of the police officers were indeed brutally forceful and murderous in their hypothetical “peaceful resolutions” and “peaceful negotiations” and “peaceful outcomes” thus going beyond humanistic measures which once the police officers lose their collective brains then they all entered a deadly zone of power without responsibility.

            Does orderliness mean murder?

Please, keep up those awesome and lovely peaceful demonstrations until this government or this body of congress stops the murders of our American people who simply and only happen to be people of color walking down our American streets which any citizen and civilian holds the right to do so.

What keeps America from going beyond racial divides and developing and growing and maturing into something equally beautiful and sane and productive and alarmingly peaceful?

Truly Yours;

Gabriel

Yes, the typical young male’s brains of average intelligence isn’t done developing until about thirty four (34) years of age according to 2013 neurological studies and scientific research while the typical female’s brains of average intelligence isn’t done developing until about thirty to thirty five (30-35) years of age.

Psychologists say there’s no such thing as “normal.”

Hello.

Health

2014

Quickly we approach an entirely new year.

Ahead and behind us, we met responsibilities, joined in social fun filled activities and harsh and difficult health lessons learned and there’re always possibilities for new horizons and equal balance.

With a new year ahead there’s much to be said for met goals or failed expectations.

There’s nothing wrong with failed expectations because it’s best not to expect anything at all in the first place especially…

There’s much to be said for great set standards in the overall excellence of continuous good health and general wellbeing and healthy lifestyle practices.

Goals are difficult to set and to follow when there’s little room for improvisation.

Most people don’t wish to be “bored to death” with vegan “cardboard box” tasting foods that are remarkably nutritious yet not tasty at all until recently within this decade 2004-2014.

Most people wish to eat “anything” and they can, however. Not without first applying a little mathematics to one’s daily domestic routine.

One must remember to cut and “store away” half of any meal one purchases while dining out or ordering in.

As difficult as it might be to only consume half of any restaurant dish or platter and save the other half for later (until it’s time to eat again on one’s schedule,) it’s imperative that one gets into the “posh” habit of “doggie bag” practices and discipline to do that, so, that one’s waistline and internal organs and circulatory system and valves and arteries and such thanks one much later on in one’s aging life towards one’s older years and eventually face death in the mirror.

            {How dramatic it all sounds, doesn’t it?}

It’s not difficult to be disciplined or to stick to a regular program once one cleans out one’s cupboards of any and all foods with white or brown sugar and replaces one’s entire shelf products with agave or no sugar items then one begins to think differently about what one puts into one’s body because food labels are powerful for a reason and that reason happens to be that food labels are knowledge and it’s any humans’ “free given will and life” to know what any human consumes and what any human puts into their body thus by law humans hold the “birth right” to know what’s in their food and what they eat. (No brainer.)

It’s not difficult to be extremely well disciplined or to stick to a strict regiment or program for decades at a time, even though, once, one makes small and effective daily domestic pattern changes (like adding ice cubes to one’s water glass) then any human may soar and take metaphorical flight in the sense that possibly medical patients might someday patients might contend with something as serious as arthritis and when arthritis “flares up” then arthritis can be quite painful depending on the severity of the arthritic condition.

Humans suffer from many different physical ailments and it’s up to any doctor to take their best guess as to what might ail some of their patients.

Remarkably food can “make” or “break” the health of any human or animal life.

What is it about our Western relationship with food?

What is it about income inequality which forces lower and middle income earning families to substitute fresh fruits and vegetables for more readily tasty and cheap and accessible fast foods like already made delicious hamburgers that can guarantee not to make one sick, per se, until much later when it might be much, too, much late for anyone to do anything about the deteriorating condition of any individual and their lack of substantive nutritional intake and overall wellbeing and healthy lifestyle.

Fast food’s good tasting because for the most part it’s extremely cheap and hot and cleanly made and neatly packaged and fast food’s guaranteed “good” as any other quality beef and who can argue with that when so many American are “food insecure?”

The subject about daily “nutritional intake” and measurement and “quantity of food substance” and “high quality of calories” vs. “low quality of calories” opposed to freefall into a “one stop buffet all you can eat” until one drops dead.

The enormity of food garbage in America is a story about the extravagance and excess of disregarded wealth and resources and raw materials.

The amount of weekly groceries any given American family of four consumes is more food than most rural African villages will see in one month or more.

Americans don’t eat well because we’re not taught, per se, to know how to eat well from the vine.

Americans don’t eat well because our gigantic and enormous food proportions numb us into a catatonic mental state of perpetual slow motion reflexes.

Americans don’t eat well because we’re food label illiterate, per se, when it comes to chemicals and terminology because Americans are badly taught about the sciences and mathematics and general health.

Americans don’t eat well because Americans aren’t taught how to keep count of daily calories.

Americans don’t eat well because Americans are afraid to learn about food and food growth and food production because not all food is grown equally under the law.

Americans don’t eat well because Americans don’t seem to want to invest time to establish and hold an intimate relationship with Americans’ food.

Food’s sacred because for as abundant and cheap and as delicious as fast food’s in America, food’s not always accessible or ready for consumer purchase or use or consumption when one instantly desires for food while managing across many other global regions hence there’s barely morsels for villagers let alone travelers.

Americans don’t eat well because Americans don’t necessarily want to know what’s in their food in case there really happens to be horse meat thrown in with the beef. (True.)

Americans don’t eat well because Americans rather deny themselves any self awareness or self reflection or self understanding of the great and powerful Oz behind the curtain dictating challenging outcomes against the vast knowledge and understanding “to go home” and make a great home cooked meal anytime that one feels sad or misplaced or homesick or lost or lonely or lonesome or “out of sorts” or confused or, or, or.

It’s best to go home when one doesn’t feel very good and heal by licking one’s wounds to restorative measures.

Americans don’t eat well because Americans forgot the connected sacredness between their divine will and their Gods.

Americans don’t eat well because Americans don’t have a clue where Americans’ food comes from.

Americans don’t eat well because Americans haven’t studied basic food chemistry or basic health and wellness.

Americans don’t eat well because Americans don’t realize the powerful medicinal properties in food and the radiance of some foods’ natural ability to keep continual good health and regenerative strength and health stored in our cells.

What’s one to do when one’s been counting the wrong amount of calories for about eight straight years?

One’s meant to figure out the correct calorie amount and “get back on track” with those numbers and figures.

What’s one to do when they’ve gotten their mathematics incorrect all these long years?

One’s meant to get their mathematics correct.

What’s one to do when one’s been strictly and diligently counting one’s daily calorie intake still yet went over calories by as much as about four hundred calories per daily calorie intake?

One’s meant to cut out the four hundred calories that one over ate daily in the course of a decade due to faulty mathematics.

What’s one to do when one seriously considered and thought one’s mathematics were correct only to find out that one’s mathematics were factually wrong.

One’s meant to let it go and leave it at that.

What’s one to do when they have the wrong calculations?

One’s to let go of the ever so foolish feeling.

What’s one to do when one’s down to the bare essential nutritional minimum such as practically eating an almost all organic somewhat vegan fair trade and non-GMO nutritional daily consumption of calories?

One’s meant to find more flavor (no, not hot) in one’s food.

What’s one to do when one practically eats essentially mostly many “cardboard box” tasty vegan foods?

One’s to replace one’s former palette with newly existing healthier formed habits established towards the consumption of a variety of different vegan foods and acquire healthier taste buds that will guide one into their old age.

Why is it that many highly nutritious foods taste ever so bland and seem textured like sandpaper?

The reason why so many highly nutritious foods taste ever so bland and seem textured like sandpaper is because many nutritious foods are the real deal and practically almost straight from nature’s bosom and rough like nature.

*****

Unfortunately, today, I found out that I miscalculated by as much as 400 calories daily nutritional calorie intake for the past eight years.

What I couldn’t understand was, why, no matter how much or how hard I athletically worked out (some years walked as much as four daily miles) or no matter how much I slept nine to ten daily hours or ate well or drank those four to six glasses of filtered water and kept my system “regular” and drank one cup of organic shade grown fair trade coffee and switched to organic peppermint non-GMO fair trade green mate tea in the afternoons I still didn’t understand why the tape measure stubbornly stopped at twenty five inches around my waist and has indeed stayed there for months.

Okay, so let’s see if I got the mathematics correct:

Daily I used to consume 2,200 calories (8 years.)

As of yesterday I began to consume 1,800 calories.

My mathematics has been incorrect for 8 straight years.

As of about three weeks ago, I thought, I went to bed with 1,200 calories burned and consumed, however.

As it turned out, I used to consume a total of about 1,200 calories going into dinner by 9:00 P.M. most weeknights, however.

By dinner, I’d burned off about 600 natural calories almost “everybody” naturally burns about 600 calories which comes out to about 50 burned off calories per hour which after twelve hours equals 600 calories and that’s at metabolic rest.

From that 600 naturally burned off calories in the span of twelve hours of natural living subtract yet another 250 calories for light menial housework and daily domestic lifestyle and light chores and movement or a thirty minute walk with light chores.

Okay, that 600 naturally burned off calories plus 250 miscellaneous burned off calories (throughout the day) at dinner equals 850 calories burned off total throughout the course of twelve waking hours.

Usually or normally I’d go into dinner with at least 350 calories in my system and try to make up towards the 1,200 calories when in actuality I ought to have subtracted from the total daily calorie intake of 1,800 calories and not the erroneous 2,200 daily calories instead of adding calories in the upwards of 1,200 calories consumed and burned off during the daytime and yet another added miscalculated 350 calories (already consumed) I ought to ought to have added accordingly for 1,800 daily calories and not a whopping 2,200 calories.

Does all of this make any sense?

            It does to me.

At dinner and dessert I’d try to make up the “erroneous deficiency” in burned off calories and overate by as much as 400 daily calories during late Nordic supper or dinner for the past eight years and as of today I’ve put a stop to that.

As of right now, my stomach’s about to growl.

            I’m so hungry.

***********

            It’s now 7:07 P.M.

Since breakfast I’ve consumed 921 calories and naturally burned off 600 calories which leaves me with 321 calories going into tonight’s dinner.

Tonight instead of eating up to 1,200 calories before I go to bed I’ll only consume about 879 calories instead of all the way up to 1,200 calories because I did get confused about my mathematics and must concentrate to correct any further equations instead of using incorrect outcomes for almost one complete decade. (Pity.)

I did get my mathematics wrong and at dinner time I used to “make up” calories in the upwards of as much or as little as 1,200 calories, however.

If I were to continue to do so then I’ll overeat roughly  by as much or as little as 321 calories and I don’t want to do that anymore because that’s a lot of calories to consume and to take off.

Finally, in total I consumed as much or as little as 2,200 calories per daily nutritional intake and thought that I was possibly “under eating” only to find out that I was “overeating” all these years.

            I was hungry before.

I wonder how much hungrier I’ll be now.

Now, I must change my mathematics which along with that I must change my calorie intake and change my eating habits and that means that I must lower my daily nutritional calorie intake by as much or as little as 400 calories.

No wonder I’ve got a nasty 298 cholesterol habit because I overshot by 400 daily calories.

            Okay.

So, I’m back on track now.

Finally, I “broke the ice” today and from here on out I shall and will smoothly and beautifully carry on.

Fortunately, for me I’m still young enough that I can and do lose weight almost instantaneously. If I were to sneeze I lose weight.

Fortunately, for me I do have a vastly fast metabolism and I’m going to put it to good use.

It’s no wonder that I’m not any more than 149 pounds with a 25” waist because 400 extra calories per daily nutritional calorie intake sure is wild crazy and way too many calories.

Watch, those 12 pounds, I’m looking to take off will simply melt off now that I have my correct equations and mathematical outcomes in order.

            Whew!

For some reason I make and build and carry dense muscle tissue and if I were so inclined so much as to start weightlifting (which I’m not going to unless the sky falls down) then immediately I become muscle bound and hardened all over by doing something as simple as standing for fifteen minutes at a time during my hourly breaks from sitting.

Truly Yours;

Gabriel

Page 39

In the introduction of one gentleman to another, great prudence and caution must be used by the really polite man; but in the introduction of ladies to each other, and to gentlemen, infinitely more care is necessary, as a lady cannot shake off an improper acquaintance with the same facility as a gentleman can do, and her character is much easier affected by apparent contact with the worthless and the dissipated.

(HTML’s spacing’s giving me a headache.)

Hello.

Consumer

Television

Portrayals

Of

Children

Absolutely I’m no one to speak on the subject matter of children. No, I’m not.

However, from a “laymen” private citizen viewpoint and bias opinion as well as educated guesses lead me to think and believe and consider the ethical and moral values surrounding the portrayal of all minors in all mass media.

Personally and professionally as an Executive Producer and Independent Film Director, not once or ever, would I allow for any child or minor to be interviewed on-or-off the record if I were a newsroom executive producer because there’re limits to decency and dignity.

To expose our global children or minors to adult “on-camera” interviews while any minor might be under severe shock or strain or at their most vulnerable or children trying to make sense of any confusing time right after any emergency or accident befallen any child or minor then such an interview’s considered “fresh meat” to “prey” upon the weaknesses of the less fortunate.

No matter how much others may hate my personal and professional viewpoint about the portrayal of children or minors on television or film or mass media, it’s my own bias opinion that I adhere to because I’ve spent fourteen solid years in our entertainment industry and do hold an “invaluable” opinion and viewpoint about the general messages or bylines of journalists whom must abide by the highest and strictest journalistic standards in the land.

There’s much to be said for fair and intelligent and smart and fact finding and fact checking and honest and direct and grounded and firm and well rounded journalists.

In the American heart; Citizens and Civilians daily thank journalists as well as war veterans for their service.

American taxpayers are all too aware of the tremendous contributions and sacrifices made by our dearest and truest and most honorable global and worldwide journalists.

Without the tremendous contributions of our beautiful global journalists then public information seizes to be misguided through the muddied waters of big money or corporate interest groups or lobbyists or insider trading or, or, or…

When the world maintains hardworking journalists on any payroll without their journalists’ heads getting chopped off then call it a good day.

For as much as laymen private citizens and civilians don’t like the idea of journalists lain down their lives to get information across borders is a difficult and tough moral issue to contend with because without our beautiful journalists then there’s very little ability to fact check anything in a world of so much misinformation.

*****

As laymen private citizens and civilians we trust that our “global body” of journalistic “body of citizens” due well by us.

We trust that our beautiful global journalists are on the side of our private citizen and civilians through these trying and difficult times to decipher fact from lie.

We trust that our global journalists want to tell the truth.

We trust that what our global journalists’ reports are of vital importance and stature in the ability to mobilize journalists’ “body of citizens” and civilians enthusiastically about scientific advancements and peace negotiations and free global educational high standards of “free think” and “free speech” and “free will.”

We trust that our global journalists aren’t going to turn “corrupt” and sell journalists’ readers down river.

We The People would like to believe and think that our global journalists don’t hold any warped or ulterior motivated schemes about the “end of the world” or “suicide pacts” or “cults” or spiked “Kool-Aid” or war mongering.

We’d like to think that our international journalists can and will and do practice ethical and rational thought process.

As a body of global citizens we’re only ever so gleefully happy and ever so grateful to our global journalists for day-after-day putting their lives on the line and reporting from the field on the ground.

We understand the drastic implications and measures any journalist takes to decide to report from the ground because anything could go wrong at any time.

We very well know that our global journalists could instantaneously die due to any knife stabbing or bullet wound or brutal physical attack.

As much as our global journalists and their families and our American private citizens and civilians are intellectually aware and comprehend that global journalists do in fact “pass away” in the field still that intelligence doesn’t emotionally prepare us for the loss of our great fact finders and fact checkers and rational and reasonable and logical reporters.

The loss of one great journalist is the equivalent of one thousand men whom shan’t contribute much to the human race throughout their life’s span.

There’s nothing like the loss of great men and women who sacrifice their lives and wellbeing and health to report to the rest of the world hard facts as events happen in ‘real time.’

To lose a single great reporter at the murderous hands of mass murderers or religious extremist terrorists or ransom seekers or, or, or… is not only disgusting and vulgar yet sinister.

*****

Yes, most decent and intelligent and smart folk understand that the last thing any parent is ever to do is to sell their children’s childhoods or free time or slow pace of life hence once any child hopefully grows up to be any mature and kind and just and respectful adult then any child who becomes any rational thinking adult will appreciate the hard and fast rules about television entertainment.

One hard and fast rule about television entertainment is that television entertainment isn’t real.

The other hard and fast rule about television entertainment is that mostly television entertainment isn’t for children or minors.

The other hard and fast rule about television entertainment is that television entertainment can’t and generally doesn’t fix the world’s problems.

The other hard and fast rule about television entertainment is that television entertainment is hopefully entertaining and smart and funny.

In general broadcasting has the power to “make” or “break” Nations in the sense that private citizens and civilians take many of their psychological consumer purchasing cues from their peers and mass marketing and television advertisements, however.

The mass general modern consumer realizes that they hold all of the consumer power in the sense that any consumer may create new neurological neurotransmitters in their pathways and change former habits in exchange for newer habits or former products for another newer product at any given time and completely set a new future course and change history forevermore.

The flexibility and range with which each individual private citizen and civilian holds or has at this present modern time is certainly outstanding.

Not ever before in the history of consumer power and position have mass consumer opinions held so much say about the direction of any particular company or product.

Consumers finally hold a voice although not always positive or affirming.

Modern consumers may convey their many thoughts about modern ideas and fashions and styles in ways that consumers not ever did before.

There’s much to be said for commercial or advertised or promotional fashion style trends.

There’s nothing like the phoenix rising from its own ashes of one united cultural voice that looks out for the environment and it’s people and the animal kingdom and many different rich species of plant matter and possibly new discovered species and that’s what drives the consumer market because our global consumers got that much smarter about recyclable bamboo clothes and biodegradable soaps.

Most global citizens and civilians would like to sit down to watch television and neither be “racially” or “culturally” or “physically” insulted or attacked because citizens and civilians don’t supposedly use the “right” type of soap and it’s any wonder that African children can and may wash with soap tonight.

(Lucky are those who have a stick or bar of soap in their African villages tonight.)

Any whichever of many ways that one may look at consumer spending, it’s now apparent to corporations and money sucking leech lenders (brokers and bankers) that general public consumers care ever so much more about the environment than lobbyists do.

The average consumer cares about the mud landslides of California and the droughts of Texas and Arizona.

The average consumer cares about the flash floods of New York to the Midwest.

The average consumer cares about hurricanes and tsunamis and biochemical hazards.

The average consumer cares because they either have smart minds or future offspring or descendants who will indeed benefit from a cleaner and more Earth friendly progressive means.

There’s nothing wrong about caring about our planetary system and our Earth and Oceans and Deserts and Mountains and River Valleys and terrain.

*****

Selling the portrayal of children or minors as mass consumers is a hazardous wasteland.

Not to mention that it’s a “waste of time” and space to discuss the all, too, obvious psychological affects upon youngsters or minors who are more-and-more painstakingly aware of their well rounded global standing in the world through via mass social media.

The reason why children ought not to sell the portrayal of good little salespeople is because the intense and complex multilayered manipulative affects of advertising and marketing are deeply long lasting and usually incorrect or improper towards standard cultural and societal practices.

It’s best to leave minors and youngsters to their own accord or devices to cultivate a culture of “their” own rather than to have youngsters sold on a manufactured look or style.

Young people most certainly don’t need any help from advertisers or marketers to tell young people how to look or think or perceive fashion or style or lifestyles or trends to be or not to be because advertising and marketing are made of “smokin’ mirrors” mirage.

It’ll be up to any thoughtful and intelligent and smart consumers to tell advertisers or marketers what smart consumers want because the average consumer did get that much more sassier and thoughtful about environmentally friendly made products which possibly might save the Earth from imploding (as a weak example.)

It’s of the vital essence and highest importance that federal governmental domestic political policies of the strictest order are set in place through FCC regulatory standards and binding laws in which children aren’t used to sell any type of products because children aren’t placement product prostitutes.

Our children are to be shielded and kept from “forcing their hand” at selling products that are neither to their best interest nor to the best interest of any nation when our minors and children are objectified like “fresh meat.”

Our children and minors aren’t to be auctioned off or sold in the open market.

What is it about consumer mass media that seems unwilling or unable to shield our minors and youngsters from being sold like fresh cattle?

What is it about our nation that keeps our children and minors from getting used to do the work of used car salesmen?

What is it about our adult nation that’s unwilling to set in place binding contracts and domestic laws and high standard policies so that children and minors shan’t be allowed “to get used” as puns to do the hard lifting work and ugly objectification and dehumanization to work in an adult based industry such as our entertainment industry.

What is it about our adult nation that seems unwilling to mature and grow and develop and further learn about other more constructive mature approaches to adulthood other than stubbornness?

What is it about our adult nation that doesn’t want to “face the music” and deal with harsh adult realizations and complex aspects of life such as to ban all children and minors and their portrayal from selling products for adults who use them, anyway?

Someday after all of the domestic laws and policies are set in place against “child labor” and “psychological child abuse” then our nation will look back and wonder how we were ever so arrogantly tyrannical ignoramuses about our archaic and destructive viewpoints on fairness and justice and psychological consumer rights not to have to look at children and minors sell themselves through the selling of mediocre products.

*****

Personally, anytime that children or minors are displayed on television commercials while children or minors sell products then we switch the channel because we refuse to take in such demeaning portrayals of minors or children.

We’ve taken a great deal of consideration about the many working families whose children bring in money to advance the economical familial status.

However, with that said it’s commonly known in the entertainment industry and business that such a business is a dirty and filthy one with a strong and long history of child rape and child molestation and child sexual exploitation and child sex trafficking and child sexual pornography and child sexual assault.

Because we professionally know the many dire and complex hardships and difficulties of children and minors working in the entertainment industry, we then find, that to the best interest of any mature and caring culture and society that we not look to the entertainment industry to be a leading guide in all moral and ethical and rational matters like “human rights” other than to have the entertainment industry stuff it’s pockets full of cash or to make more money for the sake of profits or the “bottom line” while using the half starved images of twelve year olds to sell cheap Chinese goods.

Ours is a mission of respect and adulation for the rights of children and minors not to get used as cheap products themselves or as puns yet more precisely to keep children safe and out of the voyeuristic camera lens.

The subtle manipulation and ulterior motives by mass marketers and advertisers isn’t something that’s fantasy.

The subtle manipulation and ulterior motives by mass marketers and advertisers is all too real because one may research it as a major course of study.

In entertainment television advertisement nothing’s left to chance.

Mostly all advertisement’s done with subliminal messages and direct schemes.

Please, don’t ever for one single moment consider or think that advertisers care about the consumer. Nope.

Advertisers didn’t care if they sold the raping image of women.

Advertisers didn’t care if they sold the raping image of little boys.

Advertisers didn’t care if they sold the raping image of little girls.

Advertisers didn’t care if they sold the raping image of men.

The reason why one must stay on “one’s toes” about advertisers is because advertisers will “push the envelope” when advertisers know all, too, well, that advertisers shouldn’t take advantage of any nation that’s too slow on the uptake because advertisers don’t seem to care about the overall mental health of any one consumer thus advertisers are the skuzzy and greasy used car salesmen of the world and must be vigilantly watched over at all times for any underhanded moves.

Please, not for one moment consider or think about the possible miniscule kindness or humanity of advertisers because advertisers ruin the very authenticity of genuine life and real moments vs. fake and ‘made up’ television emotions.

There’s nothing real about what advertisers do and that’s why often and more commonly than not advertisers are heavy drinkers or cocaine users because their ideas are rushed and unfriendly and without any point to anything other than to sell, sell, sell.

The sophistication of the modern consumer advanced with the startup of social media and in general with the internet.

The average consumer no longer idly stands by as advertisers push any sort of specific societal or cultural agenda because the average consumer holds their own strong consumer values and agendas.

Hopefully, consumers may respectfully and quickly shop without the hassle of unruly or racist shoppers or forced to submit to harassing selling tactics by aggressive floor salespeople.

*****

Modern consumers believe and think that they hold a strong foothold and piece of their own consumer destiny which they do.

Modern consumers believe and think that with one touch of a button or switch of a lever then consumers can make all of the political difference that there’s to be made and in many ways modern consumers are correct however consumers haven’t done enough for the cultivation of drastic change and reformation and the lessening of child advertising and marketing degradation.

There’s much to be said for the strong tides and winds of change and the vast difference in our humane approach to cultivate and harvest a nation of thoughtful and mature consumers who are not only willing yet also driven to do what’s right instead of what “feels good” or “looks good.”

In conclusion: instead of hating “everything” that I’ve personally and professionally brought up about television as a medium of entertainment and advertising as shallow means, why not then think about the degradation of child and minor objectification in advertisement commercials instead of rushing into a fit of rage about it or wayward conclusions which don’t often stand for the humanizing process to keep all humans whole instead of fragmented.

Why can’t the advertising world change on their own?

The advertising world doesn’t change of its own accord without the pressure of consumers because there’s too much filthy money to be made from the devastation or economic hardship or over sexualized notions and portrayals of minors and children in advisement television commercials.

Whom To Imitate.

He who is polite without importunity, gallant without being offensive attentive to the comfort of all; employing a well-regulated kindness, witty at the proper times discreet, indulgent, generous, who exercises, in his sphere, a high degree of moral authority; he it is, and he alone, that one should imitate.

Hello.

Multi Generations

2014

The goal isn’t to divide and conquer American Families. No.

The ultimate goal is to ensure that our vitally strong and independently wise and smart and open minded individual citizens and civilians can and do and will cross any “multigenerational” line and transcend “ageism” and bias multigenerational historical literature and educational context so that humans may hold intimate and kind interrelationships with wise and smart people of all “age types” without ever exploiting the naïve or gullible or ignorant or vulnerable to “make a use of” such dense individuals rather hold relationships with all age groups for intellectual growth and scientific development and any intellectual adult mature approach to anything that must be dealt with ‘head on’ like direct stubborn north winds.

No matter how much any “negative force” perceives to hold any power over flesh-and-bone humans: There’s much to be said for any “free will” to think and feel and act as we think that which’s morally and ethically, best, to do so as our good conscience dictates us to decide and choose for the greater good of society.

The greatest modern achievement of the twenty first century happens to be Central and South American afternoon siestas along with a slow pace of life.

One good and strong scientific theory is that the faster one moves about life then the faster one ages (another blog for another day.)

The greatest modern achievement of the twenty first century happens to be Central and South American slow pace of life because in North America (U.S.A.) the number one cause of death happens to be stress.

The notion that the twenty first century would be robotically advanced was clearly understood.

The notion that the twenty first century would be robotically advanced was clearly conveyed that well into the twenty first century advanced robotics and machinery would do most of the work in the Western advanced world to “free up” our citizens and civilians to more “downtime” to relax and rest and study and learn and advance in many different disciplines.

The notion that the twenty first century would be robotically advanced was clearly portrayed through theoretical notions and concepts such as propelled fusion would be something tangible and realistic and consumer friendly so that Americans would have the cutting edge on the technology of “Tomorrow Land” which happens to be today.

In other words: By now: December 2014:

Most complex robotics were supposed to be doing all of the menial labor and housework instead of humans because any which way that one looks at “menial labor” or child slave mining in Cambodia or economically low wage harvest fruit and vegetable slave farm workers in California or teachers in the American public school system or fast food workers or repetitious assembly line work is tedious work and kills the soul thus it’s best to advance civilization by making scientific advancements in computerized and high tech robotics.

There must be an economical modern solution to menial labor and house work to ease up citizen and civilians’ time while the American culture moves forward and learns about the humanities and sciences and mathematics and arts and music and literature and history and film and television and, and, and…

In other words: generations of Americans believed that by now any complex and advanced robotics would make tonight’s supper and that’s that.

*****

Okay, as awkwardly as it is written and indicated in the above paragraphs there’s a link between advanced robotics and longevity or lengthened immortality.

The reason why other third and fourth and fifth world countries must be made into “positive examples” for leadership is because other countries' people know how to relax and not “stress out” or “stress about” anything while Americans toil and labor much too much for their meager keep.

Americans toil and labor ever so hard we drive ourselves into early graves.

There’s much to be said for a nation that desires for almost every carnal lustful want to be instantaneously met otherwise nothing much will satisfied until particular strong wants or urges are fulfilled and that seems to be an immature approach to an adult world.

There’s nothing much to be said for “instant gratification” not if such gratifications cause some child in Cambodia to have to mine for their keep then nothing much’s balanced in the Chi of our solar system.

No matter which way one may consider our deadliest American stress problem: One must first consider strong contributing factors to a low quality of life amongst Americans:

            A) The economy B) too much work for such little keep C) the trap was set in 2008-2009 by the banks and real estate tycoons to implement warped and unethical methods of business conduct to con Americans into desperate real estate mortgage balloon payments D) the rise of food cost E) Twelve Year’s War F) job creation G) the deficit H) Personal debt I) Student loans J) lack of sleep K) bad medical advice L) fracking M) Bad environmental protection decisions and policies N) lack of educational opportunities O) lack of nomadic abilities P) lack of excellent transportation national systems Q) 1930’s crumbling infrastructure R) outdated and liquidated school buildings S) homeless youth T) homeless veterans U) illiteracy V) lack of modern business ethics Y) lack of solid infrastructure that’s stand the test of time for the next two hundred years X) current weak and ugly and short term infrastructure Z) sameness

*****

Real or imagined stress can be anything or something that the mind perceives to be all, too, true and real whenever the human brains presented with difficult challenges or dire complex emergencies.

Whether stress is real or imagined the brains chemicals will react accordingly to defuse the life-and-death situation with a shot of adrenaline.

Whether stress is real or imagined the brains chemicals will do anything in their power to shield the mind and heart from too much information overload.

The lovely aspect to being human and humane is that one may and can and will adapt quite easily so that one may live a higher quality of life than that of any lifestyle prior known to any positive changes that brought about extreme stress to one’s daily life and health.

When one decides to change any miniscule aspect of life then one can bring about further longevity because the minor little stresses all add up to one large chronic stress which can and does kill many of our tremendously remarkable Americans who work much too much for meager morsels of food.

The reason why it’s no good to allow for any inconsiderate fool to “crawl under” one’s skin is because the stress alone will kill our beautiful American workers.

Please don’t ever allow for any co-worker to stress another co-worker so much as to “drive” another co-worker to be continually stressed or perpetually uncomfortable with another co-worker because productivity level goes down when one co-worker feels the pressure or threat of another co-worker who possibly stresses their co-workers out because such individuals aren’t mature enough to learn adult coping skills like the rest of us thus such immature individuals will take their stress out on other innocent bystanders.

The main reason why there must be anti-bullying laws in America is because “bullying” isn’t only harassment or misbehavior. No.

“Bullying” contributes to higher stress levels and for that health reason alone adults shan’t allow for any culture of “bullying” to carry on in a nation that which can barely stand upright from too much stress.

It’s any wonder that American corporations don’t ensure the positive emotional and physical and mental and psychological health of their overall workers by portraying and conveying a working unity instead of division and competition and further coronary stress and eventual heart attack.

This new Era is a new generational dawn.

This new Era is another strong and positive chance to do well by our Americans instead of continually stressing out Americans or perpetually contributing to negative and ongoing stress.

It’s of the vital essence that Americans stand together in a time of much needed change.

If all that our American national leaders know how to do is to “stress out” our strong nation of diligent and hardworking families with made up “boogiemen” news information or medical and lifestyle health misinformation or by blatantly keeping the minimum wage at ten dollars an hour instead of hiking it up to its proper 2014 inflation cost of twenty one plus some dollars then Americans must set in place higher standards for our children and youth.

Since our present cultural and societal situation seems to use hatred and prejudiced speech and competitive ideology as any cultural weapon against our brothers and sisters by using ideology across slogans and propaganda and advertisement campaigns then it’s best to stay away from that which hurts or belittles or dismantles our cultural outlook to do unto others only as we wish for them to do unto us and that’s the golden rule for a good reason.

*****

Remember that any “negative force” that tries to divide our complex systems of multigenerational villages and working establishments must first go through us (American Adults) because some of our best friends happen to be in their sixties and eighties as it should be.

There’s no shame in cross multigenerational lifestyles because what else is there in life other than to co-habitat or co-exist or co-work or vacation or dine or live amongst and in close quarters with others who hold distinctly different viewpoints other than those of our own.

Nothing enriches the vitality and the strength of a nation than those who believe and do gap the multigenerational bridge of differences.

There’s nothing more unpatriotic than those who use their “powers of persuasion” to further divide any multigenerational peoples.

There’s nothing dirtier or lazier than to use one’s “powers of persuasion” to further divide and kill any link of communication amongst multigenerational Americans.

Whenever one comes across any written material or literature or film or television or news print media or any other visual materials that might convey the hatred or the division between the many complex and multi faceted aspects of multigenerational bias blatant prejudiced then don’t listen or purchase or watch or partake in the hatred of any such messages because such strong and subliminal messages will seep into one’s skin down to one’s cellular level and store such information there for the rest of one’s life. (Pity.)

One of the most important aspects of modern culture that any adult mature citizen or civilian must undertake is to be quite carefully discerning as to what one personally brings into one’s home whether it be people or written stories or television or news print media or film.

There’s nothing as low as any human who promotes the hatred of multigenerational relationships.

Anyone who pits one generation against another generation lives off of the carcass of lost hope and menacing desires for all others’ to fail at their interpersonal relationships whence the “negative forces” fail time-and-time again to make any real authentic or true connection to the heart of another is far more difficult than anyone will ever admit.

To make a connection’s far more difficult than to sever any connection.

To sever any connection’s to “cut off” and to “cut off” anything’s far easier than to sew on a limb of a roasted chicken hence once its limb’s been severed.

Thus make connections to food and people and the environment and to thy self which are connections that are or become only important to each individual.

Please don’t buckle under the pressure to only know the “right” types of people in certain groups because the kindest people can pass one by and that’s a tragedy at the best of times to pass by any "bosom friend" or potential "kindred spirit" is to turn one’s back on light and sunshine.

Simply connect to ethical and moral and kind and just people because such individuals are worth getting to know plus life’s short and when we’re dead in the ground eaten by maggots none of it will ever matter, anyway.

Thus live for the cohesive aspect of positive multigenerational interpersonal relationships that will fulfill even the biggest tyrants.

Truly Yours;

Gabriel
