The “T” Line

A week earlier a group of six “Straight Edge” (drew X’s with Sharpie pens across over the top of our hands to indicate a generational symbol of vegans and no drug use) New England, Massachusetts friends called up and calmly asked if I was at all interested to take the day off on “4/20” from any of my work as an “international studies” tutor or studies in general and go on a specific train ride with them into Boston and stay the entire day then we’d take the train back to New England by no later than dark.

Usually and mostly throughout the previous 1996-1997 year we’d seen each other with our heads down and hard at work at our studies and daily responsibilities and follow through with our responsible young adult lives as we usually do to this mature day whenever we catch up and read any emails from each other over the decades.

On the late morning of April 20^th, 1997 we met up at a train station and while on the train platform my New England friends asked direct and kind and poignant questions about the train ride.

Did I know what day it was? Yes, April 20^th, 1997.

Did I know the significance of “4/20”? No.

Did I know anything about the train ride? Yes, the ride went into Boston.

Did I know I didn’t have to pay anything for the train ride? No, I didn’t know.

A Train Ride

The Purple Line

At noon we climbed a particular train platform then when the train approached and completely stopped we climbed on board and entered the train compartment in which it appeared many of the train seats were removed to make room for hundreds and hundreds of passengers headed into Boston which peacefully stood as the train made its way into the city.

We took our places and rode all the way into Boston while people were jolly and enjoyable and didn’t scream or yell and were docile and calm and having a real great time in unison.

The cabin of the train was completely filled with marijuana smoke and smelled better than tobacco smoke in any small compartment.

Suddenly, a person next to me purposely interrupted and asked me, “Do you know anything about this train ride?” I shook my head and smiled. We smiled at each other. I had no idea what was happening yet there was no cause for alarm.

We calmly and joyfully and peacefully and quietly rode the train into Boston as we had many other hundreds or thousands of times throughout the years.

None of my peers who I traveled with smoked any marijuana.

Not once did I smoke marijuana on the train since none was passed along or shared and I wasn’t about to ask any stranger(s) for any marijuana yet there I stood and held on to the train’s hand railing and watched people enjoy themselves as the friendly conductor went back and forth a few more times before we arrived into Boston’s Fleet Center.

Throughout the train ride my friends would occasionally look up at me and smile and I would smile back then we’d discuss the legalization of “adult marijuana.”

From Fleet Center we attended a rather low key and peaceful annual marijuana festival with different signs and booths set up to sign petitions specifically in the legalization and taxation of “adult marijuana.”

Throughout the day I didn’t smoke marijuana once since I didn’t know where to get any marijuana to smoke therefore as I made my rounds of different tables and informational booths I signed as many petitions as possible throughout one entire festival day in the circuit.

Not ever had I read more pamphlets or heard more information about the legalization of “adult marijuana” then at any other time before since marijuana is hardly ever talked about however for the past twenty years marijuana is smoked in nearly every type of wealthy or middle class or low-income neighborhood since marijuana isn’t physically addictive.

The difficulty I’m having as of late is to quit eating “blueberry cake” in syrup or petite or small “orange cranberry scones” in cranberry sauce or toasted bagels drenched in butter and syrup.

As of 9:00am this morning I’m neither able to stop thinking about eating one cake donut without any frosting on top nor inner sugar filling.

Well, I’m dealing with a strong influx of neck and chin acne.

Personally, I’m stupefied about how in the year 2018 there isn’t any painkiller drug over the market which eases the specific pain of nerve endings rather than “Oxycodone” which all the prescription pills do is to make the brain drunk rather than to actually take away real pressing physical symptoms of central nervous system pain.

What is it about the mystery of certain pain neurotransmitters in the cerebral regions of the brain which can’t be completely quieted down and made to feel calm and without any discomfort?

Five years of thyroid tumor physical pain is a continual numbing pain at the base of the throat which doesn’t exactly hurt except for a deep constant numbing whenever one eats or whenever one turns one’s head, too, far over to either side of one’s shoulders or when one slightly as ever touches any region of the neck with one’s fingers or if one were to sleep wrong or drink, too, fast or drink wrong.

The main concern with thyroid tumor numbing pain is not to allow for the numbing pain to cut off the neurotransmitter signals to the brain when food is trapped in the wind pipe because somehow the throat is in constant and perpetual state of numb while a small pocket or subsection in the back of the throat is created in the form in which even a slight bit of saliva may nearly choke the patient to death if one isn’t careful about how to correctly breathe or to correctly eat without killing oneself which life is relaxed, however.

With thyroid tumors formed on either side of the thyroid then the best one can do is to throw back the head and close off the throat therefore food crumbs won’t go down the wrong way and cause one to begin to loudly choke and cough then nearly suffocate the patient(s).

The main aspect to thyroid tumors is to beat a slight sack or slight pocket in which either food or oxygen or water or saliva gets trapped in the back of the throat then game over.

Once begins a major loud coughing fit until one either dislodges the obstruction or one waits for saliva or water to clear from a tiny little pocket which forms when thyroid tumors form and change the windpipe.

There’s no need to take “Oxycodone” for numbing thyroid throat tumor pain since the pain is mainly numbed yet highly risky for pain to be numbed whenever one gets anything trapped in the back of the windpipe especially while one sleeps.

Even as much as water from the shower head pressing against the throat can cause anyone with thyroid tumors to harshly choke and loudly cough and cough and cough until the physical pain subsides.

Tumors may not be a big deal to people who don’t have them since mostly tumors are hardened masses which obstruct other organs.

Yes, I personally celebrate five years of sobriety from “Oxycodone.”

Yes, it’s been five years since I’ve purposely been prescribed and took “Oxycodone” for uterine tumor physical pain.

Yes, when I was prescribed “Oxycodone” then I was prescribed 4-6 capsules each-and-every 4 to 6 hours for three years for tumor pain until I personally chose to stop taking “Oxycodone” in October of 2013 and continued to live with physical uterine tumor pain until September of 2017 post surgery of a hysterectomy and the last of three sets of three to five uterine tumors removed forever.

No, no matter how much or little “physical pain” I’m in today which is five years (2013-2018) with slight throat #3 or #4 physical pain from thyroid tumors I refuse to take any “Oxycodone” mainly since “Oxycodone” is heroin and incredibly super addictive to say the least.

No, I don’t ever talk about my thyroid throat physical pain to anyone except close personal Muslim American friends and surrogate family.

Yes, if it were up to me and I were retired to do nothing and sit around and relax and play then I would most definitely sit around and take “Oxycodone” however under the influence of “Oxycodone” physical movement is difficult to decipher one’s “center of balance” or “center of gravity” as well as speech patterns turn for the worse and one feels as though one’s floating under water as well as speech feels as though one were completely immersed under water or incredibly intoxicated in the same way in which drinking, too, much whiskey or hard liquor except a deeper and slower stupor of oblivion with new daily topical bruises since “depth of field” is difficult to measure distance or “peripheral view” difficult to decipher which is naturally difficult for women in general, anyway.

Ok, never mind. I wouldn’t neither spend my retirement drinking hard liquor or alcohol to get drunk since I like my “center of balance” nor would I much less choose to take prescribed “Oxycodone” since I like my bones and nerve endings intact and not in constant “physical pain.”

The main and only reason why I wouldn’t much less ever purposely take prescribed “Oxycodone” is because the bone structure and skeletal aspects of the body hurt more intensely than any hormonal imbalance of fibroid uterine tumors which the uterine tumors press against the uterus like a mock fetus and each time the body hurts is because of the inundation in a strong surge of pregnancy hormones like a tidal wave each hour-on-the-hour there’s no fetus to feed nutrients to centered in the uterus only uterine tumors attached to the uterine wall to wash over the uterine tumors rather than to feed fetuses in the womb therefore the body’s composition swells and nerve endings excruciatingly ache and the skin physically hurts “to the touch” in ways one doesn’t believe "physical pain" possible to have one’s entire body once again ache and hurt in the same manner as childhood physical “growing pains” except more intense than “growing pains.”

Such hormonal imbalance liquid physical pain is torture in the same manner as “coming down” from “Oxycodone” is torture to the physical touch of the skin and nerve endings.

The problem with “Oxycodone” is when one immediately begins to “come down” from the affects of the pharmaceutical drug then nerve endings and bone structure begin to radically physically hurt and all one can do is to horizontally lie down and wreath in physical pain for about fifteen minutes each hour-on-the-hour and wreath in horrific physical pain all over the body and skin and bone structure.

The point is: Both nerve ending pain is the same as “coming down” from “Oxycodone” and hormonal imbalance liquid nerve ending pain therefore there’s no point in taking “Oxycodone” when the physical pain of the physical hormonal imbalance illness is the same in pain scale and pain measure as the “low” affects of “Oxycodone” therefore why hurt twice rather than only hurt once from a hormonal liquid imbalance.

Nope, “Oxycodone” isn’t for me since the after affects of the prescription pharmaceutical capsules leaves one’s body in more “physical pain” than actual literal uterine tumor mass pain which is excruciating “physical pain” right behind the belly button and colon and bladder pressing against the walls of the uterus with the expanding of tumors and fully extending out the belly in continual bloat mirroring the look of mock pregnancy.

No, a fetus feels nothing like uterine tumor pain does.

Uterine tumor liquid pain is each hour of the day for about fifteen minutes through eight years with a suppressing surge of hormonal uterine tidal waves of liquid imbalanced hormones which causes something as closely as what’s been explained as “fibromyalgia” and a kick to the abdomen.

The problem with “Oxycodone” is the prescription drug doesn’t completely ever get rid of nerve ending pain and the lows of the effect of “Oxycodone” contributes to specific and highly “physically painful” bone and muscle ache as well as nerve ending pain on top of an already painful uterine hormonal nerve ending pain and tightness and swelling of the body filled with hormonal fetal liquids. Sexuality

As Subject Matter

From a layperson’s point of view there isn’t much to say about sexuality except to be direct whenever in communications about “consent sexual intercourse” and stay safe and be well sexually protected and make sure people have one’s best interest at heart otherwise one simply gets utilized like a tool for consent sexual intercourse.

Personally, most of my young twenties occurred between 1996 and 2000.

In 1996 I was 19, and by 2000 I was 23.

By May of 2001 I was 24.

For those of us who lived through the 1990’s we had come off of an era of the 1980’s in which the AIDS epidemic had an onslaught of high death rate and mortality primarily amongst gay men.

By the late 1990’s it was primarily young children born with AIDS who bore the brunt of the deadly disease.

Many of us watched our peers’ parents pass away from AIDS.

For us the AIDS epidemic was as real as homosexual brutality and high rates of suicide amongst young homosexuals.

For us “consent sexual intercourse” is definitely an act with direct possibly harmful bodily consequences therefore we did our best to abstain from “consent sexual intercourse” for as long as we did and when we did make the decision to mutually participate in “consent sexual intercourse” then we protected ourselves with condoms or female condoms.

In our young era of hormones and sex and desire “consented sexual intercourse” is an act we did our best to choose the best “sexual partners” who did prove to be worthy of our bodily exchange since our partner(s) had been tested for “sexually transmitted diseases” and “consented sexual intercourse” meant a condom was most necessary otherwise no sex was involved in dating.

Early on as young people we were taught it was okay to ask any potential “consenting sexual partner” to have blood tests done to learn more about their health and about potential “sexually transmitted diseases” before embarking in something as bodily as sex.

Ours is a generation in which we directly asked our consent sexual partners if and when was the last time they’d been tested for “sexually transmitted diseases.”

Ours is a generation in which we were taught each and every single “sexual partner” we would ever hold sexual intercourse with then meant their previous or multiple partners would also become our sexual partners by sexual association.

Ours is a generation which isn’t scared or frightened to openly speak or address the subject matter of “consent sexual intercourse” since our generation and upbringing made sure we understood the dire consequences of getting or being involved with any “consented sexual partners” of any type with possible “sexually transmitted diseases.”

As someone who’s been physically ill with benign tumors throughout the past eight years and continually has blood tests drawn, I’ve learned the value of overall health.

As someone in their forties I’m glad to write even though I live with constant benign thyroid tumors I count my blessings not to have to deal with vaginal herpes or HIV or AIDS or gonorrhea or syphilis which are considered “sexually transmitted diseases” which can drive people insane or mad due to the core value or strain of the disease.

At the wise age of forty I’m glad to test out of “sexually transmitted diseases” as a way of life and upkeep.

Personally, my heart does go out to friends and others who did contract herpes or HIV or developed AIDS from some form of blood transfusions or from sexual bodily exchange.

As someone who’s spent the last eight years with a low immune system due to late adoption at the age of ten without the development of some enzymes to properly break down American commercial foods and most likely awaiting to be properly diagnosed with some form of thyroid condition or autoimmune disease I can only imagine how grieved others must be to persistently live and stay on top of “sexually transmitted diseases” such as genital herpes which is for life.

One of the main statements made by older men: is if men were younger than men are now then men would have more sex except this is an age and era in which the world became smaller due to the internet and “sexually transmitted diseases” are real and supposedly painful.

Look, I’m not a prude about anything anyone else does.

When I was a documentary filmmaker for fifteen years other people came to me for over a decade and shared their stories of rape and former underage sex with their teachers and sexual coercion and sexual desires and sexual encounters and extramarital affairs and unprotected sex and “sexually transmitted diseases” and I am no one to judge therefore I didn’t and I don’t.

What appeared to me is people didn’t regret their lives, however, mainly people regretted the “sexually transmitted diseases” they lived with and would live with for life.

People were smart and understood the dire situations and consequences to their vital health, however, what people didn’t regret was having consented sexual intercourse, only regret was to have to deal with the “sexually transmitted diseases” of any type.

Yes, perhaps when I’m old I’ll regret how little sex I’ve had throughout the course of my adult life, however. I’ve made the best choices I did at the time and I find a life without “sexually transmitted diseases” is an easier endeavor than life would be if I had not taken care of myself as a woman.

No, I can’t imagine what it would be like to live with a low immune system then also deal with any “sexually transmitted disease” and an already low immune system.

Yes, I count my lucky stars acne is the worst topical bacteria I deal with.

Cough and Phlegm:

Any real constant cough is constant and rare for one to cough “all” the time otherwise one can give oneself any hernia and possible death.

Constant cough can give oneself some serious intestinal tear and possible death.

Whenever one tears particular internal organs begin to leak out some acids or bacteria and pollute the bloodstream.

Raging fits of cough is uncontrollable and nearly unstoppable and messy and convulsive and not pretty yet real and momentarily will pass with deep breaths after no more than hopefully within less than ten minutes.

“Whooping cough” is constant and doesn’t seize even in sleep.

An occasional cough with phlegm only gets spit out when the upper lungs lean up against any couch or occasionally when one actually smokes 100% tobacco cigarettes.

The phlegm is directly behind the nose and throat.

Phlegm doesn’t come up from the lungs rather phlegm is directly behind the nose which is literally thick “snot”.

No, thankfully my occasional cough isn’t constant.

My occasional cough is to literally spit out thick mucus through the mouth and tidy up.

One good phlegm cough is a lot of work.

To specifically stand at a bathroom sink to cough hard to spit out phlegm through the mouth takes incredible amount of obvious effort from the diaphragm to bring up air to spit out phlegm which the air makes a “high squeak” sound from the back of the throat when bringing up so much air all at once to only have to spit out phlegm occasionally with a high pitch whistle which is occasional and seldom cough which must be forced out and not through the nose either.

My occasional cough is only when my upper lungs lean back on a couch or chair therefore I sit upright.

A high stool with a low back is truly awesome.

Caretaker Duties: Shovel:

As someone who smokes less than five 100% tobacco cigarettes yesterday I proved I can intermittently shovel up to three hours per one afternoon without a single cough.

Although, by seven at night my muscles were shaky and weak yet I felt perfectly satisfied with the physical workout.

As of my last medical checkup within the last three months my oxygen levels is 98 which is amazing for nonsmokers.

Yes, thankfully I have better lung function and lung capacity than most nonsmokers although since March 2017 I occasionally spit out phlegm.

People tell me to spit out phlegm therefore I do without the embarrassment or hesitation.

Since 2009 I’ve dealt with dust and outdoor property maintenance and natural cleaning chemicals and paints and thankfully I don’t have any constant cough.

As always I’m stunned to have 98 oxygen levels for any 100% tobacco smokers who smoke less than five 100% tobacco cigarettes per day since mostly whatever is said about commercial cigarette smoke is unhealthy yet not as unhealthy as say “obesity” or “alcoholism” or “heroin” or “crystal meth” or “cocaine” or anything which accelerates the rapid aging of cells.

Supposedly “alcoholism” causes possible death when the liver malfunctions.

No, I feel absolutely no pain in my lungs of any type of any kind at any time. Nope. I count my blessings.

Yes, snow is heavy and one must be aware of heavy lifting and cardiac arrest.

Yes, both literal actions such as “fainting” and “cardiac arrest” are conducted as silently deadly as “drowning.”

“Drowning” is a deadly “silent” physical action.

“Quiet” and “silence” aren’t the same definitions.

“Silence” is no sound which is rare in general life.

“Quietly” is peacefully and maturely conducting one’s own personal matters and private business as any “innocent bystanders” or citizens.

“Silent” is rare in nature.

Humans and animals make natural sounds which carries and others know others’ presence without a word.

Last point: caretaker property duties: whenever shoveling near an outdoor pet area then one must repeatedly clean off the tip of the shovel in clean snow.

Yesterday, I purposely shoveled and cleared off an outdoor pet area and before I had the chance to clean off the shovel, the ends of my long coat touched the tips of the shovel, I took off the coat and left it outdoors overnight since it was what it was.

Life’s exciting enough as it is without having to enhance any type of sexual experience which personally I consider sexual intercourse to be incredibly private and complex and a spiritually heightened experience.

As per general, it’s difficult to write what exactly is “average” sexuality when “polygamy” is one extreme which is favorably looked upon as well as also multiple consenting sexual partners is favorably looked upon within the last ten years and open relationships or open marriages.

Mainly in an age and era in which smart humans understand it’s rather difficult for one person alone to meet “all” of the sexual needs of another partner or to fulfill most of the sexual expectations of another partner then mainstream America has become open minded about “open relationships” and “open marriages.”

Marriage is truly no longer an option for modern people looking to be sexually fulfilled in more ways than one and by more than one lifetime partner is considered an outlandish notion except for some forms of religious marriages only between a man and a woman.

Mostly, the ideal or notion there’s only one suitable lifetime partner for each individual is “debunked science” since most humans like most of nature requires multiple lifetime partners thus most modern Americans have learned to do away with the standardized marriage definition and now live in “open marriages.”

As of modern times “polygamy” is considered “illegal” in America, however, in many other cultures across the world men are allowed and able to have more than one wife.

If “polygamy” is ever made legal then hopefully the law will be equal opportunity in which women will also be able to have or to hold more than one male husband partner at a time.

Even though “polygamy” isn’t my cup of tea I do find it necessary to be open minded about the sexual and physical relational needs and desires of others.

My best friends who happen to be Muslim believe in the right to “polygamy” however they abhor the notion of same-sex sexuality.

Personally, I don’t care if people are into “polygamy” or same-sex sexuality so long as I don’t have to personally participate or be a part or to partake in any of it.

Furthermore, I do find it hypocritical for Muslims to be defenders of “polygamy” yet not same-sex marriage which is the law of the land.

Also, one would think far-right Christians and Evangelicals would defend same-sex marriage since such demographics defends “polygamy” which is something American Evangelicals and American Muslims have in common.

What more is there to say about sexuality?

There isn’t much to be said about sexuality other than primarily sexuality is a closed door scenario in which mature adults may consent to participate in activities which are safe to each participant.

There’s much to be covered about the “subject” of “sexuality,” however, not without psychological clichés or what makes people act or not or what doesn’t make people get “sexually aroused” or not.

What might be a “sexual arousal” to one person could be a “sexual no” to another therefore it’s best to be direct whenever speaking about “sexual intercourse” otherwise if no words are used out loud then there’s no relationship.

Personally, I’ve not ever wanted to be “urinated” upon.

Personally, I’ve not ever wanted to have “a” feces or fecal matter or bowel movement passed upon me.

However, I can bring myself to be extremely open minded about how others might get extremely “sexually aroused” by being urinated upon.

Personally, I have a good sense of smell and fecal matter would be a “no, thank you.”

Personally, I can bring myself to understand the appeal others have for being urinated upon.

Our current president 2018 (a new name) is a man who enjoys being urinated upon and this is understandable in some psychological sort of way.

Even though I’m a complete sexual square I must be intellectually astute enough to understand the appeal of sexuality for other people no matter how much one might cringe at the thought of such things such as to eat the feces of another sexual partner. I guess one can’t get anymore close to another sexual partner than to digest their feces and enjoy it even though it would be my last resort.

Oh, yes, as for “anal sex” this isn’t my cup of tea either however I must maintain open minded enough as a modern citizen to understand why this can be quite pleasurable to others since anal sex is supposedly wonderful, however.

Fecal matter still comes out of the anus and if at all possible the vagina still works wonders vs. the anus.

The whole point to sexuality is to be open minded and direct with one’s partner otherwise thoughts are only inside people’s heads and don’t exist.

The entire point to sexuality is be mature enough to be open minded about others’ orientation and preferences and experiences and desires even if one isn’t personally involved and doesn’t care to be.
